extended warranties (see attachedReference Articles and 3)As stated by Luis in Article 1, we install alarms on all our vehicles for security purposes and inventory management The alarms are offered to the customer to purchase, if the customer elects to not purchase the alarm, we remove it Also, it is disclaimed on our website (see article 4) that our pre-owned vehicles may not include "Second key, floor mats, and owner's manual may not be available on all pre-owned vehicles." If the customer would like to purchase the alarm or the extended warranties, or a second key, we are more than happy to help them get this accomplished

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. The reason for the multiple inquiries was that we had lenders who turned down the loan. The lenders should have sent the customer a letter stating the reasons for turning down the loan. In an effort to help secure financing for the customer
we continued to submit his loan to other lenders to secure an approval. Again, we are sorry for any misunderstanding. We are unable to remove inquiries on credit

I'm saddened but not surprised by their response. The reason why they keep fixing this problem at no cost to me and giving me a rental car at no cost to me is because I paid for it in the extended warranty I got when I purchased my car. Mitch (the sales manager) is the person we talked to on the phone when we called for the third time to explain the air conditioner again wasn't working. He's the one that told us about the BIG sale they were having to come on in. We told him over the phone that would not because I couldn't afford to do a trade in, but after going through that weekend with no air in Phoenix, AZ I thought we should at least go check it out because it was very miserable for us to drive my car. When we went in, they couldn't help because I couldn't change my monthly payment $as they required. So I left without the trade in. That is when I decided to file the complaint with the Revdex.com about the situation. Then a few days later I got a call from him again stating it was bothering him that they couldn't help me (but in truth it was because of the Revdex.com complaint), and to come in again because he had worked through all the numbers and had it all figured out and they would be able to get me a Charger for the trade in and I would still have the same warranty that I currently with my vehicle and my payments would only go up $per month. That was not the case at all. The price was actually $more per month, and an extra year than what I was financing my current car for. However, right before leaving and finalizing everything, the finance officer told me that the price he quoted may not be accepted by the bank and it could possibly go up. THAT, is when I left upset without finalizing the trade. The only warranty that was added was if the car needed dent repairsSo again, I feel like this Dealership has lived up to the General reputation that car dealerships, and the auto mobile manufacturers rip the public off

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI purchased truck from *** *** with LED tail lampsI just want my truck as it was when I purchased and drove off their lot on July 11, I should not have to live with defects on my truck that they state could not resolve, this is ludicrous since *** installs the LED tail lamps they should be able to repair said LED lamps. The way I see it, *** *** has an issue with *** Corpin getting this truck repaired and in the *** condition as I drove it off their lotSome how there was a mistake at *** when they built this truckI should not have to pay for their mistakesIt's up to *** *** and *** to find a way to resolve this issue that does not change what I purchased in July!

Mr***,These decisions were made by *** Corporation, and *** *** cannot do anything unless *** Corpdirects us to do something different*** ***, Distrcit Manager, *** Corpmade the decision to allow you to put on the LED tail lights, but you would have to accept the
turn signal problem as it is now, or revert back to the original lighting that comes with the truck. Any future correspondence on this issue should be conducted with *** directly, as it has nothing to do with *** ***

Bill Luke's Service Department has been working closely with the customer and FCA to get a resolution Bill Luke has road tested the vehicle over miles and was unable to duplicate the concern On Friday 7/14/Bill Luke placed a data recorder in the vehicle so as to record when
the event happens, which will give the information needed for the technicians and FCA to better pinpoint the concern and work on a solution The customer took delivery of the vehicle on 7/with the data recorder and we are waiting to hear back from the customer at this time

Obviously the the second party who was interested in the vehicle was not in a minutes difference That is a lie the time we signed the paperwork the second party wa still looking at the car We already started paper work when the other sales man took the key from our sales man , we even got approval from the bank we signed the payment plan , the worse part the sales manager took all the paper work which has all my information and our signatures and said I have to keep it for years If I did not have any business with them why did they need my paperwork I want all my paperwork back and shredded I don't feel safe with my information in their hands including my SSN and my husbands info If this is the response I will have to go legally This is so wrong ! Where is the ethics of the business? *** ***
