If I could give them zero stars, I would. After weeks of waiting, I did receive my shoes, but they are garbage. The website says they take returns, but they don’t tell you where to send them and there’s no address on the package. They don’t respond to emails either. Don’t ever buy anything from Jane’s Closet. It’s a scam.

It should be zero stars but it makes me pick one. Do not buy from this company. They advertise "easy returns". When I received my order after a month the workmanship was awful. One item was laughable compared to the pucture. I tried to make a return and they do not answer their phone. Sent an email, they did not reply to first one. Second one they replied but want me to send a picture of defective item. It was clearly defective. It was a total mess. Sent a picture and they are not responding now. They clearly have no intention of returning my money. Pleaes avoid them and save your money and frustrations.

I ordered a pair of orthopedic casual shoes that looked so great in the ad. After a period of time I received them and they did not have the same appearance and the workmanship and materials were not of good quality. Their return policy stinks. If you need to return them, they had no US warehouse to return them to and would cost way too much to send them to their foreign location, so now I'm stuck with the shoes I will not wear and lost the good money paid for them.

I was stupid to not read the reviews and spent $235.00 with this company. I ordered from them over three weeks ago and tried to cancel my order because I saw that they haven’t even filled or sent out the order yet.

I sent 4 emails before they finally responded saying they couldn’t cancel my order and return my money because that is not their policy. They said I could return items once I got them only if they are damaged or not what I ordered. Now I’m wondering if I will ever get my order.

These Chinese companies make a lot of money on trusting Americans. We need to buy local and support our American businesses!

Jane Closet sent me a pair of "orthopedic shoes" with no arch support. I am unable to wear them due to plantar faciitis and tried to return them for a refund. The company has a New York address. When I was finally able to contact them, I was told that my reason for return was not in their policies but I could return them to Hanoi, Viet Nam. I was told that I would be responsible for shipping costs which would be very expensive. Unsure how this company is allowed to operate in the United States.

I ordered a elastic slip cover, paid $27.44 for it, took a month to get it and when it arrived it was not what I ordered, tried to contact them and the number I called I was told it wasn't them and this company has a habit of using this number. The person I spoke with told me this is a scam and I should report them. Don't buy from this company

Dont buy from Jane Closet. Worst return policies for items not desired by customer or order didnt meet the expectations upon arrival. Very few days for return accepting and response time is around 5 days so you lose half time from return time frame. Ill file a complaint on Revdex.com also instead of just this review for my 2 couch cover orser that arrived in 3 weeks time and when color didn't match my expectations than advertised on website, they are refusing to accept return and issue refund, no response from customer service/admin/support.

Don’t buy from Janecloset.com. Will not make refunds. Had two other people try on shoes, who also wear the shoes size I ordered, and they were too wide for them also.

Very poor customer service..as in no customer service..no answer to phone calls or emails....I am sad that I did not check out a review first

They won't let you return or exchange an item. They do not reply to email. They do not resolve issues. The product is not as advertised. Yes I did purchase from them.

I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting $59.90. They are spot on in regards to faulty advertising, cheaply made shoes and poor customer service. There is no cushion or arch support in their well advertised orthopedic shoes. Jane Closet is deceitful and a complete scam.

Ordered 4 pair of shoes, two draw string ties, two with elastic slip-on style. The two draw string ties fit fine, the elastic slip-ons are too wide and came off when I tried to walk in them. I even inserted removable arch supports to try to take up the extra space, but still they were too big. I boxed up the two pair, getting them ready to send back to get a refund or order two additional pairs to replace them in a different style. I sent an email to request a shipping label for mailing them back. There was NO receipt in the bag, NO address/phone and NO RETURN information for returning or contacting. I waited for a response to my email. NONE came. I waited several days, then sent another email. I waited again, looked again. Still NO RESPONSE. Then I looked online for possible information and/or scam alerts. I discovered the Janecloset.com has numerous scam alerts and in most cases, no one receives anything. Guess I was lucky in this case. At least I did get TWO pair of shoes that fit and are comfortable. As for the other two? As for contacting you: There were 4 numbers listed on the scam alert page, all of which I tried calling and which led to phony messages or a 'mailbox full' and a call rejected response. So for $116 I bought two pairs out of four pairs of shoes that fit. My lesson: for ALL ADVERTISED ANYTHING SELLING CHEAP ONLINE, CHECK FOR SCAM ALERTS BEFORE YOU CLICK THE BUTTON TO BUY. While the JaneCloset website looks great and 'seems' authentic, it and you are apparently scamming people! If you aren't then use my number above, and call me. Return my $65 for the two pairs of shoes that don't fit and give me an address for returning them. OTHERWISE, I WON'T buy anymore of your shoes and I'll be happy to spread the word! I am ringing their phone off the hook I will torture them with a ringing phone because they keep sending me text saying the phone is busy which is a lie they have scammed me with none orthopedic shoes from the dollar store plus an additional $180 charge to my card unauthorized please join me in the torture treatment of the phone ringing it gives me great pleasure!!!!!

This is the most disreputable company I've ever come across! Their website says their are "Zero Risk" when buying something, but when you try to return it, they refuse to accept returns of any kind! Just take the money and leave people stuck with something they can't use or wear!

Ordered a pair of shoes, found out the company is located in China and not the US. Received shoes and they are garbage. Trying to get hold of them to find out how to return them and get a refund is virtually impossible. They are a scam company. No response to repeated emails and how to return item and get refund.

Every complaint I have read is spot on the same as my experience. Shame on me for not checking reviews first.

Shoes didn't fit for the size my wife wears. Took them over a month to reply to my email to get an exchange.

Pretty obvious they are a Chinese company with a website that claims they're in California.

I too am in this boat; I needed better comfort and what I got is comparable to cardboard. Not as advertised, way too big, uncomfortable due to no support at all! I have emailed them and no response has come in yet and I doubt it will. I thought this company was in CA and turns out to be China! I thought I looked everywhere for the location and I do not recall anything saying they came from China. So just like these other reviewers said don’t bother!!!!

I purchased 3 products from the company on 08/01/2020 08/14/2020 and 08/15/2020 when I finally received my products weeks after purchase they where all the size and when I sent them to the return address I am still waiting for a response and a refund

Don't do business with this company. They are out to scam you. Despite their reassurances that satisfaction is guaranteed, and easy returns exist, the opposite is true. My shoes arrived from China 25 days after ordering. There is absolutely no support built into these AZZY orthopedic walking shoes. My shoes were rejected for refund/ replacement because Jane Closet says they are as advertised. Went through my credit card company to reverse charges. I don't know why this company exists!
