Terrible to deal with. Received my package and it was damaged. One of the items was also damaged inside due to a slice in the outer package. Attempted to call and email for over 3 weeks with no one answering the phones or responding to my emails and send pics as the return policy states. Finally got a email and they said it was over the 15 day return period. Really, of course it was when no one from their end would reply. Sent them pics again and still no reply to returning some of the items that were damaged. Its been over 30 days trying to deal with them. They did send me an email that said "Thanks for my business". Really it should of said "thanks for the $65 sucker". I would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order with Janes Closet June 6th, 2020. The date is now July 14th 2020. I have not received the product and this company is refusing to provide me a refund. They provided me with a tracking number where the items I ordered was coming from overseas. Tracking number shows delivered somewhere in the US 7/7/2020. Still no order nor a refund. I now understand why this is not an accredited business with the Revdex.com. I am still asking for a refund, not getting anywhere. Buyer beware. Your money is taken but you don’t receive a product. I had to put in investigation in it’s a shame that we live in a world with TAKERS.

False advertising lists shoes as "orthopedic" but not.the two pair I received. Takes 6 weeks for response from customer service. I wanted my money back but got run-around. Donated shoes to Goodwill and will never order from this company again!!!!!

I’ve have been robbed. I ordered a sofa cover and it arrived a month later. The day I received it I emailed them for a free shipping label to return the item because it was very damaged. It had 2 stains and a hole. I sent them pictures as proof. When I wouldn’t hear back from them I kept emailing them. I just heard back after a month. They told me that because it has been more than 15 days from date of delivery, they cannot offer me a refund. This is unacceptable! I have proof of date of delivery and when I emailed them about the damaged product. I’m not going to pay even one cent for that damaged trash product! They’re products and packaging are the lowest quality! Avoid them at all cost!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Jane Closet on May 12, 2020. After several weeks and may inquiries, I received the shoes from China. They seemed to be decent shoes, but just after wearing them a very short time I realized they were not going to work for me. I have terrible arthritis in my feet and although these shoes state they are orthopedic shoes I found them to be extremely uncomfortable for me. I bagged up all the shoes and sent an email requesting a refund. Asked them for instructions on how to start that process. The first email I received asked me to take a photo of the size of the shoes to make sure they sent me the correct size. Then they would be able to proceed to working with me on a refund. I told them they were the correct size be the shape of the heel made the shoes impossible for me to wear. The next email they sent told me I would not be able to return them. They sent me what I ordered so therefore they lived up to their end. I replied to them and let them know this was terrible customer service. The only reason they have one star is due to the fact you need to hit that to begin a review. Be very Leary of this company.

I ordered an item and got (what I now realize was a fake) tracking number right away. After waiting weeks with no progress on the tracking I emailed the company to inquire about the delay. They never replied. I emailed again a couple of weeks later. Again, no reply. Finally had to have my bank investigate and reverse the charges.

I orderd a group of items on 5/14, and still have not received. Contacted company and they stated they would be mailed out in two days. I have attempted to contact them again multiple times via email and phone, and the number they provide does not work. I am thoroughly upset that I paid $100 to a company that are pirranhas during a time like this with a global pandemic. I don't even want to issue them one star!

I made an order in March from Jane Closet. Aproximately $65. They immediately took the money out of my account. I NEVER received the merchandise. It was delivered to New York, I live in Kentucky. They have yet to resolve this issue even though I have reached out to them numerous times. I have the tracking numbers so they can easily see that it wasn't delivered to me. I had to leave a star review, if I could I would give them a negative.

I placed an order for 3 items on 6/9/20 and still waiting for my order to be shipped. I followed up with an email inquiry on 6/19/20 and received a response that my order will shipped in 3-5 days. This is not a legitimate company. The customer service phone number don’t work.
They don’t deserve even 1 star.

Do not waste money on these horribly cheap shoes. The advertisement is very misleading.
What looks like cork is actually a piece of tape. They do not fit properly. It's impossible to speak with anyone about a return & refund. Their address says Fullerton, CA but comes directly from China.
Makes me wonder if contaminated with Covid-19. I will throw in the dumpster!

Ordered 2 pair or shoes. They are cheap and too wide. Completed the information requested on their site to return shoes and sent it to them. I received one reply requesting additional information that was not relevant to the reason for returning them. I have emailed them at least 7 times with no response. There are two addresses on their site, so it is not clear where to return them. They do not answer their phones and one voicemail box is full.
Do not buy from them.

They are a big scam once they get your money you don't hear from them I would not suggest anyone to purchase they are not out of California they're out of China once you order you never hear from him again they take your money and run

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from the is site. I payed via credit card. The items were too small - cheaply made and ADVERTISEMENT was misleading. I contacted them several times to get a refund- they have never responded. Although the company is out of California the items actually came from China. The phone numbers the site gives you to contact them does not get you in contact with them. Their out of Fullerton California. But the advertisement is janecloset.

I ordered 3 items (bras) from this vendor on June 5th for a vacation in July. As of today, 6/22, the items indicate they have not yet shipped. I contacted the vendor daily starting on June 19th to cancel the order for a refund as the items will now not arrive in time for when I needed them. I have yet to receive a response from customer service. When calling their support number it indicates the voice mail is full. Their website indicates items are shipped within 7-14 days. It also indicates their customer service will response within 24 hours - none of which has happened. After now reading the reviews of all of the customers who have not received items nor received refunds nor been able to reach anyone at the company, I am reporting my experience.

I placed an online order with Jane Closet several weeks ago, and have not received it. Their tracking of packages never shows where the package is at. The tracking number is ***. It is track-chinapost.com. I have asked for my money back, and I am not getting it. The amount is $59.90. The order confirmation number is 910298-SCS. I've gone online and have read many complaints on this company. I thought they were based in Fullerton, CA, so why would my order be coming from China?
I think I've been scammed, as others online have said the same thing. They need to be investigated.

given a one star is one star too high... This business is a scam. They eagerly took our money when we ordered on 5/13, they never sent a confirmation email with the order number. After several emails asking for that information,they finally provided a order number - which most likely wasn't real. After several weeks, we asked where was the promised shipping information. they finally replied with TWO different shipping tracking # - out of china... not California. They ignored any other follow-ups. We eventually had to disput the charge with our credit card. This business is a scam. Stay away. They also DO NOT answer their phone #. I called the city of Fullerton, where their site says they are based out of... they state they do not have a license to do business there. Sounds like its all fake

I placed an order with Jane closet on April 1, 2020. I received an email confirmation with the items purchased listed in the body. Tje 2 pieces are covers for a sectional couch so obviously one without the other is not at all useful. Another email was received on 4/4/20 stating my item was on it's way however 30 days later I had not received the items. When I finally did get the parcel, there was only one couch cover in the shipment. I sent my initial email to Jane closet on 05/03/20 notifying them that part of my order was missing, they did not respond until 05/10/20. I have sent countless emails since then included pictures of my sectional and only once have they replied stating they would send the item but here we are another 30 days later and still nothing. I requested a full refund as I can not do anything with one counch cover or that they send the missing item but the company will not reply. This is highway robbery and they should not be allowed to get away with thus.

On June 8, 2020 I ordered sandals online janecloset.com. I emailed *** same day asking when it will be shipped. No response. Again I emailed 6/10/20 asking them to respond. I believe this is a bogus company because I have seen the 3 complaints at Revdex.com.org that they are misrepresenting their products and takes more than a month before the buyers receive the item or none at all.

I placed an order with Jane Closet on 5/10/20. My credit card was charged the following day. On 5/22/20 I received the e-mail that the order was shipped. When I went to track it on *** website it stated that the the *** is currently awaiting the order. This continued to be the status as of 6/7/20. On that day I sent an e-mail requesting a refund as I did not want to wait for shipment any longer. I received a response from a nameless "customer support agent" stating *** is "checking with our shipping agency for more details about your order." On 6/12 I received another e-mail that the "shipping status has been updated". When I clicked on tracking number it states "Label Created, not yet in system".
The above are not satisfactory responses and indicate the the retailer is not trustworthy and I do not want their product. I expect a full refund.
