I am trying to return item. Have sent multi emails called no answer no response. Filled out papers. Still no response.

I ordered two pair of AZZY Premium Orthopedic casual sneakers on May 14th 2020. I ordered a red and white pair. My total came up to $53.91 with a 10% discount. They never said anything would be a delay or anything. I contacted them two wks later checking on my order and it said I could only leave a message or contact them through Email. When I called the number it wasn't a ordinary call. I sent two Email complaints which I have not received a reply from either one. It will be a month in a few days and still no reply. I received a tracking number and I keep checking and the mail order keep saying they have not received the package. My card was charged and I'm nervous about them trying to charge my card again. I either want my product or money refunded.

I ordered an item on May 16th the money was taken from my accont on may 18. I was supposed to recieve an email with a tracking number within 14 days. I have not recieved an email. I sent an email to their customer service and got an auto generated email statining to wait 25 days for shipment to arrive. I have sent 3 emails and not recieved any customer service yet. Their phone number states that because of Covid-19 they can not take phone calls. If they can not take calls then how can they distribute products? I would like my money returned so I can buy my item elsewhere.

I ordered 3 items from janecloset. I payed via credit card. It took 3 weeks to come. The items were too small - cheaply made and ADVERTISMENT was misleading. I contacted them several times to get a refund- they have never responded. Although the company is out of California the items actually came from China. The phone numbers the site gives you to contact them are complete b.s. their legal buisness name is ***. Their out of Fullerton California. But the advertisement is janecloset.

This on-line retailer has several complaints that were only discovered after my purchase made in May 2020. I have attempted to cancel the order and have requested a refund on a number of occasions to no avail. They have indicated the product is shipping but the tracking number is bogus. This is a fraudulent business.

Placed order on 5/22. It is now 6/8 and still nothing from them. Emailed them twice for a refund and no response. They’re a scam and I feel like an it for not knowing better.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on May 22, 2020, totalling $59.90. Recieved email with tracking number. Says the tracking number (***) over 6 months ago, please click here (History Data Query) provides no other nfo. Phone number provided says check number again. I've sent several emails, have gotten on response.

I ordered from Jane Closet since May 21st, 2020. I received the order number but no tracking number since then. I emailed but had gotten no response. I called but their *** phone rings with no answer. I tried *** and goes straight to voicemail. I need my refund if they will not deliver my items.

5.16. order bra's from a website link as I was playing scrabble. Directed to Jane Closet. Order Not directly searching from a website page for bras. Never received. On their site Jane Closet they had a tracking # that appeareed saying on May 26 sent to partner awaiting *** pickup not handled yet from Hawthorne California. As of June 4th nothing has moved. IF you hit what appears to be a false tracking # it takes you to nothing further on delivery. USA tracking #'s start with 1Z according to UPPS so they can not help you. For they have not received package. tracking # given can not be traced . I have not received call back or emails addressing problem. I went on line to see if I could see reviews for this company and JANET Clothes comes up first. IN MICHIGAN. I called this morning and they said many have called them thinking it is their company in search for product. rEPORTED CHARGES FOR COMPAINT TO MY BANK TODAY. WEBSITE [email protected]. NEVER REPLIES. I SENT INTERNAL EMAIL ON THEIR WEBSITE. EMAILS FROM MY ORDER. I ALSO FOUND ANOTHER PHONE # THAT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IS NOW NOT FOUND . This business is a scam. Placed an order for shoes on 5/19/20 and after emailing asking why I have not received updates on the order I was sent an email from someone name Pooh. She sent a non-existent *** tracking number. I have sent several emails and finally requested a refund and order cancellation. No one responds.
