Poor shipping, product quality, customer support. Borderline scam, stay away from this company.

Would give Jane Closet 0 stars if possible. Like every review on Revdex.com and internet, the product received was misrepresented and of poor quality. I provided pictures and narrative for reason to return. My request for refund was denied. Now absolutely crickets. Should have done more research before purchasing, but Jane Closet ‘s website indicated satisfaction. Well, I’m not satisfied. Not sure how California’s Attorney General continues to allow this business to exist.

To be more specific: the shoes are advertised as orthopedic but contain no arch support or specialized footbed. The shoe is very flat and is the opposite of orthopedic and aggravates the very problem(s) it may be purchased to solve. The pictures show a cork footbed that turns out to be vinyl imprinted with cork pattern. The interior lining is not fastened in place, so it wrinkles and bunches up—not comfortable.

I have never dealt with a company with less concern for settling customer complaints! I purchased a pair of shoes advertised orthopedic walking shoes. The shoes were not even the same size. One was much wider than the other. There was NO ARCH SUPPORT. After sending pictures of my foot beside the shoe and pictures of the two shoes showing the obvious width discrepancy, they wanted more pictures. Even after many attempts to get a refund, I have not had any success! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Awful. I have never had such a bad experience dealing with a business. It took almost a month and a half to get the shoes I ordered, first of all. I tried cancelling my order twice during the wait period because it was taking so long. They sent the shoes anyway. Well the shoes didn't fit so I tried to get a refund. They sent me an email telling me to measure my foot to prove they don't fit! I've never in my life had to do that. Anyway they refused to refund my money saying they sent the size I ordered so it wasn't their fault. The shoes are very cheap material as well. I tried calling them as well but the call center was always under construction. Never will I order from them again

I ordered a pair of "Orthopedic Walking Shoes", size 6.5 which is usually a good fit. They arrived 4 weeks later. They are very poorly made with no foot support to justify calling them an orthopedic shoe. I emailed to ask if I could return for a refund. They would not return a product unless it as the wrong item sent. I was told they would give me 30% off on my next purchase. Ha, I will never purchase from them again!

Terrible experience! The product was cheap and the size was not what was advertised their size chart. Took 6 weeks to get product. Then 3 weeks for them to get back regarding our refund. And now they are giving us excuses about the return! Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE! Total ripp off! Let me first say that I check sites before ordering so that I am not ordering items from China and the address listed is an LA address, which is just a front for their admin person in the US. I ordered 2 pairs of the AZZY shoes. A month later, I received 2 different sizes, neither of which were my size. They claimed on website that these were orthopedic shoes and they had no support or special insole. When I contacted for return they required me to take a photo of my foot next to the shoe and tape measure. When they finally got back to me they said, they would only return if they sent the wrong size and claimed only 1 was not correct and I could ship them back to: ***. They wrote: "However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. Then one solution is that I will try to convince our billing department to offer a 30% refund on the value of the pair in size 38 right back to your account, to help make up for not being able to fulfill your return request. You can keep the product and don't need to send it back to us. I trust that this deal is way much better than losing extremely high return shipping fees, isn't it?"
WHAT A SCAM.

Ordered shoes July 23, 2020 . Arrived Aug 23,2020. No statement in package. Poor fit Uncomfortable and tight in toes. E-mailed company and asked for return instructions four times with no response.
Return address on package is: *** I feel that I have been scammed.
Will use phone no. and web site to try again.

Both Customer Service phone number ring and ring one has voice mail but they both after a month and reviews say longer receive a text stating "Our call center is under reconstruction. PLS provide us your name/order number for further checking or email us to ***. Yes I threatened with lawyer and after reading reviews of how much this is happening with this company turned into the Revdex.com. Posted on social media how bad they are and received email stating o we will look into this. Please stop before they do more harm to honest people. Scamming is wrong. I want my money back.

I order a pair of sandals and received an e-mail that the order had been received and confirmed iwth n order number of ***. I have made several attempts to contact via phone, recording states that call center is under construction. When I e-mail to *** - I do not get a reply and I am wondering if it a valid email They have listed thier phone as *** and that is the one that states under construction.

On June 8th of this year I ordered $170.75 worth of ladies merchandise from Jane's Closet. On June 9th (the following day), the funds were deducted from my bank account which I had provided through my debit card. I immediately sensed trouble because usually funds are not withdrawn until items are shipped. I emailed the company requesting information on shipping, etc. I got all kinds of excuses about items being from other countries and that it will take time, etc. Eventually I received an email saying that my order had been shipped (this was several weeks later) and that I should receive the items no later than 14 days thereafter. Never heard another word. My second to last communication with the company was the end of July when I told them that if I did not hear from them or receive my merchandise I would contact my bank regarding a refund. Still heard nothing. Finally today I emailed them and told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com to resolve this issue. I did contact my bank about processing a refund but unfortunately since it has been longer than 60 days they are unable to help me. They recommended contacting Revdex.com.

I purchased 2 pair of "orthopedic"shoes online from Janes Closet on 7/1/20 for the amount of $59.90 . I emailed the company on 7/22 when I had not received them. (no response). I finally received the shoes on 7/28 and emailed the company immediately (7/28) because the shoes did not fit, they run big on the sides, tight on the toe., they are cheap and they are definately not orthopedic and I wanted to return the shoes for a refund (Their policy states returns/refunds are accepted within 15 days of receive date). On 8/6 I received an email with a request to confirm the size I ordered according to their size chart. I replied and confirmed that was the size I ordered but they still did not fit. (too small in the toe and too wide around the rest of the shoe and very uncomfortable). I never received another response to this email. On 8/7 I received an email from someone else from the company and they asked me to explain my reason for the return. I again explained the problem and did not hear back again. I have called the company 2 times and no one answers the phones, I only receive an automated text message to my phone that says their call center is under construction and to email them.

I ordered some sandals on July 13, 2020 and still haven’t received them. I emailed them and haven’t even received an email back. I want my money back and can’t get in touch with no one. This is really bad business!

I ordered two pair of sandals from Jane Closet (aka ***) on June 19th and have never received them. I have emailed the company 3 times and someone only responded to the first email, stating that they had a miscommunication with their vendor and my order would arrive by July 17th. Since this, they have not responded to any of my emails. *** states via the tracking number provided that nothing has been shipped as of date. The order totals $49.90 and I feel as if I have been scammed.

The merchandise I bought is misrepresented in their description. Very low quality for the price.

I sent an e-mail to main offices asking for their approval as they requested before they can gran me a credit of money back, but no response yet. I'm very disappointed at their disrespect for consumer's trust.

Let’s start out by saying they should be rated 0 stars. I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes and they arrived about a month later and did not fit. I tried to return them and at first they were returning my emails and then nothing for 2 weeks since I sent them what they asked for (pictures of the shoes and the size that show my foot measurements). They went straight ghost on me, haven’t heard a peep from them. It’s a shame I really liked and wanted the shoes. I see why they are not accredited. Please spread the news to your friends, neighbors and whomever to not purchase anything from them. It’s a shame during these “Covid” times when people are trying to support businesses that we have to deal with the hassle and misrepresentation.

I order 4 pairs of shoes which arrived on Tuesday, July 20, 2020. The quality of the shoes was terrible. They are advertised as orthopedic shoes. There is no instep, no arch support, no padding in the foot of the shoes. One pair has glue across the top of the shoe. I immediately contacted them via email and asked for a full refund. I have not worn the shoes and will gladly return them in the original packaging as directed on their website.

They claim total satisfaction. I have not heard a word from them. Tried to call today 4 times and the phone just rings, no one answers.

I have learned to contact Revdex.com prior to ordering any item from online.
Jane's Closet is pitiful.

Money deducted July 3rd date of order. July 25 and no item or delivery info. I believe they are collecting interest on my and others monies and delaying shipment of purchase. I have written and got one auto reply. On the 12th the tracking info stated 'waiting for *** to receive order' They are in Ca. how hard is it to get it to the *** and mail the item to me.

I order a pair of shoes. It took a month for me to receive it. They are really good at getting back to me through email. How ever they are just giving me the run-around. They send a pair of shoes in the wrong size. Then they emailed me a shoe chart , which it shows clearly that they send me the wrong size. Just got another email saying what size I should order. So they do not honor what they promise on the return or exchange policy.
