Today I placed a service call to JD Plumbing Company in regards to a HVAC issue. The technician [redacted] K. was very punctual and thorough! Its service technicians like this young man who will keep a business thriving! I was VERY satisfied with his level of knowledge and more importantly customer service! My resident, who can be a bit vocal at times, was very impressed by this young man as well! Hats off to [redacted]!!!
Clogged kitchen sink...no fun, and in a bind. Called [redacted] w/ JDservicenow for an emergency visit. [redacted] was professional, polite, and extremely dedicated to our needs. Problem solved! Thank you so much [redacted]!

JD Plumbing was the answer to all our prayers! [redacted] is far and away the best plumber we have had in over 17 years of calling plumbers to fix problems in our home. Among other things, we had a problem with getting hot water to our third floor shower; our guests have complained that the water up there never got above luke warm; we consulted at least 3 other plumbers about this, and noone could solve it. [redacted] immediately saw what the issue was, and fixed the problem! Yay! He also cleared the drains in several of our bathroom sinks THOROUGHLY - other plumbers had only done a half-way job. [redacted] was also so very personable and professional! His intelligence, good humor, and graciousness was so appreciated. I will never ask for another plumber again!
I called the company around noon on Saturday and was told they would have someone available before the day was done. They called back in the evening and were still willing to come over for service. I told them they could wait until morning. [redacted] came over around 11 am and solved the problem of the water heater not working. He was very pleasant and knew his business.
I have used JD Service a few times now and they have been fantastic every time. They are patient, friendly and true professionals. [redacted]. has been to my home on more than one occasion and he always is polite, helps to clarify all of my options, and always makes sure my home has been well taken care of. More recently one of their service techs, [redacted]., came by to check up on our system and to make sure everything was going well and to ensure the new system was working to standard. By completing a detail service report on our entire system he has effectively created a system "health" record for our system so that if anything changes over the years it will be noted by anyone working on it and can conduct true preventative maintenance. From his detail explanation of what was observed today he has transferred key information that will allow me to make an informed decision about my systems maintenance in the future. [redacted] was the service professional who installed a whole house water filter for us. [redacted] was quick, resourceful, and knowledgeable. He had to improvise a wall attachment for the filter; excellent job, including having to retrieve additional parts not normally available. [redacted] was informative about other aspects of my 16+ year old plumbing, giving me helpful advice for the future. All three of the plumbers we have used from JD Plumbing have been of very high caliber.
