We originally used JD Plumbing for a sewer drainage issue, which they resolved very effectively. We ended up purchasing a maintenance/service plan with the company. [redacted] K. came out for our first scheduled inspection of our HVAC system. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. It is an old system with lots of repairs and 'patches' performed along the way. He carefully serviced and inspected our old system. He made clear and honest recommendations, regarding improvements and possible system upgrades.
He is obviously a great asset to the company. We look forward to using JD Plumbing for all our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

We had a clogged toilet in our only bathroom the day after my husband came home from the hospital after open-heart surgery. The office was able to work us in between other jobs. He reviewed the results with us and recommended replacing the expansion tank and also adding a whole house carbon filter. All work was done promptly and efficiently. He explained repairs and recommendations so non-plumbers could understand. He answered all questions. Polite, courteous, punctual. Would highly recommend him for your plumbing work!
We contacted JD Plumbing Company to take a look at several plumbing issues we had with our kitchen sink and toilets. [redacted] and [redacted] were delightful to work with. They were extremely professional and were transparent in providing several quotes to solve the problems we faced. They did a great job fixing our plumbing problems, and were thoroughly tidy, including wearing booties while inside our home. We will definitely do business with this team again.
