Technician was very polite and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and quickly got the system back up and running. He also let me know about a problem with the ac unit and asked if he could call technician to look at that. Someone is coming same day
My experience with JD Plumbing was very satisfactory. The technician arrived early, after a call asking if that was OK. He was polite, covered his feet to protect my floors and completed the 2 jobs I needed done very competently.
This was my second time using JD Service Now. The technician [redacted] was amazing. He changed out my hot water heater and did a few other plumbing projects all in the same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great attention to detail and sense of humor. He left my garage cleaner then it was when he arrived. He answered all my questions and showed me how to turn off the water and gas to the entire house in case I ever need to in an emergency. When you have to call someone to work on your house you are always nervous but I never felt that way.
Everything is working great and I will continue to use JD Service now for all my plumbing and HVAC needs that arise in the future.
