Over this time, [redacted] has installed a new hot water heater, hot water circulation pump, and whole house water filter, in addition to doing routine plumbing work. While [redacted]'s technical expertise is unquestioned, she also (a bonus!) arrived with a sunny personality. Gregarious with treats for our 13mos old puppy (do you believe that?!). I'd highly recommend JD - specifically [redacted] - for any plumbing work you may have.

JD Service - Never! They do it Wrong and Expensively too!
$590 for snaking the kitchen drainless than 1 hour's worth of work. We had originally thought the price to be high but acceptable because we had requested that all the drains in the house needed to be cleared. After the plumber left, the misunderstanding became apparent to us: we were charged $590 to snake open just the stopped up kitchen drain. The plumbing manager responded to our complaint letter via email saying that he would talk to the plumber who had done the work, and then get back to us the next day. Meanwhile, 15 business days later (3 weeks) have gone by. We never heard back from JD Service.
Lesson: Never Again.
*** was a very clean cut, respectable young man who carries himself very well. I'm sure he has a bright future. He was professional and knowledgable. He didn't just fix our problems and leave he walked us through everything and explained the problems and what the options were to fix it. We have a partner plan now so we will definitely be using *** and JD again.

We got up this morning to discover the kitchen floor was covered in water!!! I went to my computer to find a plumber and there was JD PLUMBER listed as a 24/7 emergency service. I called and a wonderful girl named [redacted] knew exactly what to do and had me turn the water off at the main valve first and then she told me to have a cup of coffee and she would get someone over right away. [redacted] came, sorted out the problem, and made the proper repairs very quickly.....a new supply line to the dishwasher.
He then recommended we have the crawl space, which had some pooling of water, checked to make sure there was no mold or mildew problems or problems with the structure etc. This was also done quickly by Emergency Reconstruction, whom [redacted] contacted for me. Thankfully everything was fine and there was no charge for this inspection!
[redacted] was very thorough, professional in assessing the problem and getting it fixed. she arrived on time, worked diligently, and reviewed her work with us after. we highly recommend her without reservation.
