Revdex.com: This letter is to inform you that Luminess Direct LLC has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 7/2/and assigned ID [redacted] Regards,On July3, Luminess Air, [redacted] ,finally returned my callsShe called at 2:PM PST and we discussed my claim for minutesLuminess will return my April deduction by charging it back to my account as promised by [redacted] on June 7th They will not return the deduction taken in March.I am partially satisfied that this issue/claim has been resolvedAs a consumer I have learned from my experience with this companyThere's nothing more distasteful than being treated the way Luminess operates their businessI am still maintaining that this company has questionable business practices as evidenced by the following: _Cancelled my order times , once in writingI knowLuminess is claiming I only cancelled my bi-monthly maorder _ Luminess was trying to charge me payments of $in lieu of the payments _Customer Service Rep, [redacted] , with her statement on February 10th of: 'you do not need to return the kit" ended up with Luminess charging me an additional $MORE in addition to the original $I should have not taken her comment to heart! However enough said! [redacted] ***

On October 30, a person by the name of [redacted] went to our [redacted] and purchased a discounted airbrush system for only payments of $plus processing feeThe regular value for the same exact system is $ The first installment was taken at time of purchase and the other payments were taken out in day increments until the airbrush system was paid in full We would also like to mention that Ms [redacted] and placed another order with our company on November 28, for cosmetic items which totaled $The orders will not proceed unless the customer checks a box agreeing to the terms and conditionsWe also immediately followed up with a confirmation email to [redacted] confirming all of her agreed upon purchase details and shocked to see that she is reporting that we charged her bank over $We only charged what she authorized when she went to our [redacted] and placed both ordersMs [redacted] was also given the exact verbiage below on October 30, regarding the Luminess Air Club in which she checked off on the terms and conditions stating she has read and acceptsClub verbiage provided on Checkout Starting days from your order date, you’ll receive a day supply of airbrush foundations every other month at the guaranteed low price of just $+ S/H/P per month, which you may conveniently call to cancelThere is no commitment or minimum to buy To customize this program or future shipments and charges, call customer serviceShe also checked off on the following terms and conditions regarding the club: The Luminess Air Club offers the convenience of having refills of your Luminess Air cosmetics delivered to your door steps in a timely and automatic manner You will receive your two shades ever so often as agreed; product will be delivered to your address All you pay is $plus S/H/P per month or as agreed Delivery cycles can be changed at any time by contacting Luminess Care at 1-877-749-We are completely shocked to see that Ms [redacted] filed this complaint against our company as the first and only time we have heard from her since ordering the product back in October was on January 18th in which she chatted in stating she never received the makeup club shipmentWe sent her a claim form and advised her to get it back to us and we’ll gladly refund the $club charge As a courtesy in good faith, we left Ms [redacted] a voicemail informing her that we are going to refund the $club charge without the claim, but the discounted products in which she purchased months ago cannot be returned for a refund

Please note that our company never scammed Ms [redacted] , unfortunately it appears that she did not actually read the terms and payment information in which she checked off on and agreed to at time of purchaseOn 6/28/15, Ms [redacted] went to our website and ordered a Professional Luminess Airbrush System day trial for $followed by payments of $if she decides to keep the system after the day trial periodShe also chose the option to upgrade from the regular sized foundations to the super-sized foundation for an additional $more on the day trial cost and an additional $per installment paymentThe payment information is listed on the very first page, the terms and conditions she checked off on stating she has read, understands and accepts, the up sell pages and also on the final Checkout page which confirms all agreed upon order details prior to Ms [redacted] confirming her orderWe also immediately followed up with a confirmation email to [redacted] confirming her purchase detailsShe was also informed about the makeup club in which she would receive a day supply of airbrush foundations every other month for $+ S/H/P per month, which she was advised she can call and cancel at any timeAll of this information was disclosed to Ms [redacted] at time of purchase and we’ll gladly walk the Revdex.com thru the online ordering process to confirm All of our customers are given days to try our airbrush system and in the event they aren’t satisfied with it, send it back and owe nothing furtherIf the customer decides to keep the airbrush system after the day trial period, in which Ms [redacted] did, it will be followed by the agreed upon installment payments until the airbrush system is paid for in full We received a call from Mr [redacted] on 9/10/well after the day trial period expired stating his wife was unaware of the paymentsThe agent informed him that all information was disclosed at time of purchase, but due to the confusion, as a courtesy we offered to waive of the agreed upon paymentsMr [redacted] was unwilling to hear us out and threatened to notify his bank as well as file a Revdex.com complaintWe are shocked to see that a Revdex.com complaint was filed as we made an exception and allowed him to return the product for a refund even though the day trial for return has expired Once the airbrush system is returned and processed in we’ll issue a refund as promisedWe believe in full disclosure and all information was provided to Ms [redacted] upfront, unfortunately as stated, it appears that she did not actually read the payment information and terms in which she agreed to
