Please note that we did indeed respond to Ms [redacted] 's email request back on 9/29/advising her to contact customer service to request an RA# for return and unfortunately she never called inEven though Ms [redacted] is outside of the day timeframe to return the airbrush system, we'll gladly make an exception and allow her to return the productWe have contacted Ms [redacted] to provide her with a RA#She did not answer so we sent her the RA# along with return instructions to ANGELA [redacted] @CENTURYLINK.NETPlease note that the RA# has a week expiration dateWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused

On November 5, a person by the name of [redacted] went to our [redacted] and ordered a Luminess Airbrush System day trial for $followed by payments of $if the airbrush system is kept past the day trial periodThe payment information is listed on the very first page Ms [redacted] came to, the terms and conditions she checked off on stating she has read, understands and accepts and on the check-out page prior to confirming the orderThe order will not proceed unless the customer checks a box agreeing to the terms and conditionsWe also immediately followed up with a confirmation email to [redacted] confirming all of Ms [redacted] ’s agreed upon purchase details Ms [redacted] was also given the exact verbiage below regarding the Luminess Air Club in which she checked off on the terms and conditions stating she has read and accept Club verbiage provided on Checkout Starting days from your order date, you’ll receive a day supply of airbrush foundations every other month at the guaranteed low price of just $+ S/H/P per month, which you may conveniently call to cancelThere is no commitment or minimum to buy To customize this program or future shipments and charges, call customer service She also checked off on the following terms and conditions regarding the club: The Luminess Air Club offers the convenience of having refills of your Luminess Air cosmetics delivered to your door steps in a timely and automatic manner You will receive your two shades ever so often as agreed; product will be delivered to your address All you pay is $plus S/H/P per month or as agreed Delivery cycles can be changed at any time by contacting Luminess Care at 1-877-749- All trial customers have a complete days from the delivery date to try the airbrush system and in the event they aren’t completely satisfied with the results then return the product for a refund of the purchase price and security deposit, less paid shipping and handling and initial trial cost before the day trial period ends for all ordersPer the agreed upon terms and conditions, a day trial order becomes a final sale which is non-returnable and non-refundable once the Day in home trial expires and any future balance becomes payable as agreed at the time of order On November 22, 2016, we received a call from Ms [redacted] requesting to return the productWe provided Ms [redacted] with Return Authorization [redacted] and gave her the return instructions as well as informed her that the Return Authorization Number has a week expiration date and the product must be returned back to our facility by December 6, Ms [redacted] did not return the product by the due date and the club and installment payments were scheduled to generate as agreed to at the time of purchase We received a call from Ms [redacted] on January 3, questioning the club chargeThe agent advised her that the airbrush system was never returned and per the agreed upon terms and conditions, a day trial order becomes a final sale which is non-returnable and non-refundable once the Day in home trial expires and any future balance becomes payable as agreed at the time of order At this time, Ms [redacted] then requested that the makeup club be cancelled out and we cancelled it out immediately per her requestWe also advised Ms [redacted] that we’ll gladly issue a refund for the makeup club charge once the club shipment is returned We are still awaiting the return of the makeup club shipment, but as a courtesy we have moved forward and initiated the $refundAs discussed with Ms [redacted] , we can only refund the [redacted] card used at time of purchase and cannot issue a refund to any other card and apologize for this inconvenience Ms [redacted] did not return the actual airbrush system until over a month after the Return Authorization Number expired on January 5, Per the terms and conditions she checked off on and agreed to, the day trial cost is non-refundable, but we did however accept the expired return We would like to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our refund processWe are a proud accredited member of the Revdex.com and believe in full disclosure and can assure you that all payment information and terms were clearly disclosed at time of purchase, unfortunately it appears that Ms [redacted] did not actually read the payment information and terms that were provided to her at time of purchase and we sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding

[redacted] called in on Friday, 8/21/and placed an order for a Luminess Professional Airbrush System day trial for $followed by payments of $after the trial periodShe also purchased rush shipping in which it guarantees that the order will “ship” within 7-business days vs the standard shipping timeframe of 2-weeksThe product shipped on 8/28/and was delivered on 9/5/We received a call from Ms [redacted] on 9/30/requesting to return the productWe apologized for the shipping timeframe and offered to discount one of the $installment payments due to the inconvenience but Ms [redacted] declinedShe was issued RA # [redacted] and advised that the RA# has a week expiration date and the product must be returned by 10/14/At this time, Ms [redacted] requested that we send her a return label and was advised that we do not have return labels and per the terms and conditions, customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the product back to our companyAs a courtesy, we offered to refund up to $for the shipping cost to return the product back to our company once Ms [redacted] provides proof of returnWe informed Ms [redacted] to send the product back with regular standard shipping as it should not take weeks to be delivered back to our facilityShe has also been advised that the account will be refunded in full even though per the terms and conditions, the day trial cost is non-refundableAs we have already advised Ms***, we will only cover up to $on the return shipping cost as a courtesy in good faith

On 8/21/15, Ms [redacted] went to our website and ordered a discounted Luminess Legend Airbrush System for only $She agreed to the Terms and Conditions which advised her that this discounted offer is considered a Final Sale and cannot be returnedMs [redacted] had the option to order the day trial TV Offer which consists of a day trial for $followed by payments of $($319.90)It appears that Ms [redacted] is getting the infomercial terms confused with the terms for discounted airbrush systemsWe sincerely apologize that Ms [redacted] didn’t realize the terms for the discounted airbrush systems ($149) are totally different from the day trial airbrush systems on the TV Offer (days $followed by payments of $59.99)As a courtesy in good faith due to the confusion, we are allowing Ms [redacted] to return the Final Sale airbrush system and receive a full refund once processed inOn 9/4/15, Ms [redacted] was provided RA# [redacted] , please have the product returned by 9/18/as advisedAs per the terms, customers are responsible for paying return shipping to send the product back to our company

According to our records, on March 8, a person by the name of [redacted] went to our website and ordered a Professional Luminess Airbrush System day trial for $followed by payments of $if the airbrush system is kept past the day trial periodThe person who placed the order online had the package delivered to the physical address and email address below: [redacted] ***, MURPHY NC [redacted] PHONE: [redacted] EMAIL: [redacted] The claim in which she made raised questions because normally if fraud occurs, the person who actually committed the fraud would not have the package delivered to the home in which they broke into as well as use the persons email address to receive delivery confirmationPlease have Ms [redacted] provide the actual police report that states this airbrush system in question was fraudulently ordered on March 8, and we’ll gladly review the informationWe look forward to bringing a resolution to this matter

Please note that we have spoken to the customer regarding this matter. On 8/20/15 the customer called and informed us that she had an allergic reaction to our product and requested to return it. We issued her Return Authorization # [redacted] and provided her with the return instructions. She... was informed that the return authorization number has a 2 week expiration date and hers expired on 9/3/15. Unfortunately to date, we have not received our product back and this is the reason why the customer was charged. We spoke to her regarding this matter on 9/17/15 and she was advised that we have not received the product back to our facility and we requested proof such as a tracking number to see what happened to the package since it was never returned back to us. The airbrush system is paid in full, but as a courtesy in good faith we'll refund the last 2 installments of $62.94 giving her a refund of $125.88. No further refunds will be given on this account until we are provided proof of the return. We would like to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this matter and will gladly refund the difference once we receive proof of return.

ends, she would receive a day supply of airbrush foundations every other month for $+ $S/H/P per month charged to the credit or debit card she used at time of purchaseShe was informed that she could cancel the makeup club at anytime by contacting customer serviceAll of our customers are given days to try our airbrush system and in the event they aren’t satisfied with it, send it back and owe nothing furtherIf the customer decides to keep the airbrush system after the day trial period, in which Ms*** did, it will be followed by the agreed upon payments until the airbrush system is paid for in full
On 6/15/Ms*** called to cancel out the makeup club auto shipments and we cancelled it out immediately per her requestIt appears that Ms*** is getting the cost of the airbrush system confused with the automatic makeup club shipment ***She cancelled out the makeup club well after her day trial period expired to return the airbrush systemPlease note that we have the recorded phone call placed at time of purchase to confirm that all payment, club and terms were disclosed to Ms*** upfront and she gave an electronic signature agreeing to all termsWe sincerely apologize if she was unaware of what she was agreeing to at time of purchaseMs*** has made all of the agreed upon payments for the cost of the airbrush system and it is paid in fullThe airbrush system cannot be returned as the day trial period for return expired months ago

Please note that we have no record of the customer calling months prior to request cancellation of the club and asking for proof of this call that should have taken place in April We received a call from a gentleman on 6/15/regarding the club charge and shipment that was sent to ***
***The customer threatened to file a Revdex.com complaint and requested to cancel out the clubWe cancelled out the club as requested and refunded the $chargePlease return the unopened package back to our facility since the refund has already been issuedAllow 3-business days for the refund to appear

We cannot cancel everything just because a customer ask, the product must be returned in order for the account to be closed.
