We are offering to diagnose the vehicle at no cost to them and it is the first step in resolving their issuesWe cannot offer or accommodate any requests until we know what is wrong with the vehicleI urge them to bring the vehicle in so we know what we are dealing with..warranty or not, related or not related to previous issues, etc. Initial concern, February 2016, was check engine light and no shifting but it was not duplicated and no repair was made due to Auto Zone store clearing code data out of computer.2nd concern same, July of 16, check engine light and no shiftingFound control module communication error and service contract paid for module replacement.3rd concern, August 2016, was hard to start and not going over mphFound oxygen sensor malfunction but emissions are not covered under contractSales Department paid for repairs as one time goodwill gesture. We do not know what the problem is this timeNeed to diagnose. A rental car may be provided by the warranty contract for covered repairs but we do not offer loaner vehicles beyond days of purchaseIf a rental is utilized, either paid for by service contract or goodwill from dealer, it is in the form of reimbursement only and the rented vehicle must be rented by and in the name of the customer. *** ***

Just a quick update regarding Ms***. All reimbursement checks have been mailed and the refund to the loan company for the extended service contract was mailed. However, the credit could take up to days to appear for the loan credit.Sincerely,*** ***

The below information was provided by *** ***, Sls Mgrregarding the *** complaint. *** *** is a previous Mazda customer that has been in search of a Newly released CX-Signature series. *** has been to the dealership two times awaiting the release of the CX-9, during her visit she offered a deposit on the car and we declined as we do not hold vehicles. She then requested that she would receive a phone call as soon as the vehicle arrived at our lot. On Wednesday 06/01/the new CX-finally arrived at the dealership. *** was the first phone call made letting customers know that we have finally received the New CX-Signature Series. *** came into the dealership later that eveningThey had a trade so we worked out the numbers and came to an agreement on price. They then said that they were going to finance but would not finance with the dealership or any lenders. We offered several times to get the financing for them to secure the deal. They refused to move forward, they then offered another deposit and we let them know that we would not take a deposit on the vehicle because we do not hold vehicles They asked to have a copy of the agreed price so they could take it to their banker to get the financing, we provided a copy of the, unsigned by both parties, buyers order. Customer then left the dealership. On 06/I made two attempts to contact the *** to see if they had secured the financing through their lender, no answer so I left a message letting them know that we have to move forward with this deal I have financing in the dealership that can be done today. I received no responseAnother Customer came in on 06/and offered the same money for the car and would do financing with us to secure that deal on the spot I accepted their offer and delivered the CX-Signature SeriesThe following morning we notified the *** that the CX-has been sold to another customer. Through a conversation with *** she pretty well cussed me out and said that she would be sure I would lose my job and my head would rollIn the mist of all of the madness I let her know that I am doing everything that I can to get her another CX-Signature Series with the exact same MSRP. She was somewhat unresponsive to the Idea and hung up on me. I proceeded to attempt to locate another vehicle for her and I have been successful in doing so, we found the exact same color and options down to the penny on the MSRP(June 2016) The *** did not want that vehicle

The *** car came in on 04/12/the car was checked out for multiple concerns not just the water pump after car was checked the parts were ordered on 04/15/and according to Mike ***, Parts Manager, we did try to locate the part and the only dealers that showed it was Northgate and a
few other dealers but they would not sell the partAt this point the part was put onto special handling and Chrysler kept bumping the eta on the part. I did some research and found that several dealers showed the part now, so I called the closest dealer to us and they told me that they had just got the part in the other day but they would sell it to me.I got with parts and I sent my service porter to pick up the part.Sincerely,*** ***Service ManagerJeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall*** *** ***

I need to get out of this vehicle that depreicates more than 5% a monthYou can either choose to help me or this Revdex.com will continue to go onI didnt cause this problem you didIve shown clear proof that Jeff Wyler has lied which is why the service contract was refundedI also showed proof that Jeff Wylers claim that all this negative equity is from all the cars is falseJeff Wyler can't explain to me why I have $14,in negative equity but I have printed paperwork from Jeff Wyler thats says I only took $6,Stop wasting both of our time, get on your phone and call soneone with authority and lets make this deal workIf not small claims court is the next option

Regarding the Gap Insurance cancelation, this can be corrected by Xing out the Gap with a written KEEP, the Extended is a cancelation but is a full refund to the finance company. Technically this has not been paid in full by the customer and thus the required payment to the financing companyThe finance company will take the refund amount and subtract from the unpaid balanceI have attached documents showing the amounts paid for referenceI have also requested that copies of his paperwork be made and sent to his home address listed on the paperwork. I am requesting to re-open my original complaint, ***, filed against Jeff Wyler Eastgate on August 18, 2016.I have forwarded a sales email that I received on January of 2017. I was not told about any fast what ever until the next dayAfter I talked to Jeff Wyler. The second part of my complaint was doing business after business hours. Asking someone to come into sign a binding contract after advertises hours of operation or business is kind of sleazy.

The below response is from *** ***, Service Director, Jeff Wyler Eastgate. Customer purchased a month/3,mile service contract which paid for the replacement of the Transmission Control ModuleThe second visit was for an unrelated issue (emission controls) and the service contract had
expired so the Used Car Department good willed the replacement of the oxygen sensors on the car to resolve the check engine lightThe current concern is unknown at this point as the customer has been offered an appointment but is demanding a loaner vehicle, an SUV loaner of which we do not have. We will be happy to waive the initial diagnostic fees and determine the repair that is neededIf related to the previous repairs, it will be covered and if it is not, we will prepare an estimate at a discounted rate. Used car purchase with 122k milesNo loaner available nor further cost assistance per Used Car Management

We have removed her name from the data base that sent her the last call she received, vsmarking private.Ms*** had sent me an email and I did not receive but have provided her with my personal email if she should receive any future mailings, for us to address.I also provided Nissan USA customer service number for her to contact Nissan to remove her name from any manufacturer mailings. It is true that the cars listed in the website were listed under Wyler's Dixie Chev dealership in LouisvilleHowever, after discussing with the sales person in Louisville, he was not willing to honor the internet priceBut....., he would send the car to the Wyler Eastgate dealership if they would agree to honor the internet priceThe bottom line is, none of the Wyler dealerships were going to honor the internet priceI could have driven - hours to Louisville and would have gotten the same outcomeAnd again....., I was told by Wyler Eastgate, that if I brought in a copy of the internet price, they would have to honor the priceThe car I ended up buying was not the car in the ad, in fact, it had less options than the car advertisedBut I said I'd take that car at the $price, but then Eastgate played the run around game, passed me off to a second salesperson, who said he couldn't sell the car for the price advertised. This is still a bait and switch tactic, and, as of Tues this week, the $price was still in their corporate website
