The dealerships position remains the same. We do not feel that a reimbursement is owed and the work that was requested was performed.

Ms. [redacted] purchased a new Murano, did not like the first one and returned and purchased a different color.  Nissan Motors offers a seat belt extender which we will order and install on Ms. [redacted]'s Murano. The Murano has been titled. Thank you,[redacted]Jeff Wyler Automotive...

Im no longer interested in the warranty cancellation. There are bigger problems than $2200.00. I have $16000.00 in negative equity. This is unacceptable. Im trapped in this car because of Jeff Wyler. I have owned this vehicle for 5 months and it has lost over 50% of its value. And the sign document was sent to the Revdex.com the same day it was sent to me. Again this is no longer exceptable compensation.

Regards,
[redacted] The vehicle was purchased with 115,561 miles and has had issues shortly after the purchase but was still well below 120k miles when we first reported the issue. In addition to this we purchased a 24 month 24k miles warranty when we purchased the vehicle. I have attached a copy of the warranty confirming the mileage during the purchase and and warranty information. Due to the fact that we were left without a vehicle we did ask for a rental which was a reasonable requests given the amount of time that our car has been inoperable. At no time was an SUV demanded. All of the visits have been for the exact same reason and the car continues to have the same issue. Their first diagnosis was the transmission control module and the 2nd time was the oxygen sensor both of which they stated they replaced. Neither of these have resolved the problem and it continues to have the same issue. We have been trying to get it back in for service but they have been unresponsive to us at this point. If [redacted] would like to reach out to me directly I would like to discuss with him further.

Mr. [redacted] came to the dealership Saturday, 1/23 and we cut him a new key. We apologize that he had to contact the Revdex.com. The lack of communication between the salesman and upper management has been brought to their attention and has been addressed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Problem: I opened a Revdex.com claim in February complaining of an extended warranty added to my auto loan without my consent. Frances K[redacted] (Jeff Wyler responding party) said they would cut a check to my loan company for $2200.00 to pay the extended warranty off they are sorry this is not how they do business. I thought great they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I waited till the end of the sixth week. Called no one had a clue what I was talking about. I haven't had a phone call back since. We are now on week 10. I am tired of waiting. They had their chance to pay. I have already shelled out 5 payments of $30.00 for this extended warranty. The said they had to add the extended warranty to may the loan work, since my base model car was too cheap. If it was too cheap why didn't you give me a $2200.00 car with more options? Now im stuck paying for a base model vehicle when I could have had a better vehicle. Their negligence cost me money, more than $2200.00. I got to trade the vehicle in since I want to get away from Jeff Wyler all together. I owe $34,000 on a car worth $18,000. That's a difference of $16,000. I know I took $6,000 in negative equity but not $16,000. I can't get out from this car at all they have put me into financial burden with this vehicle. if I keep this car the full 6 years im stuck paying $50,000 on a car that was $22000.00.Desired Outcome: I want Jeff Wyler to take back the car they sold me. Sell me a 2017 Nissan Maxima SR white in color. Pay off all the negative equity they over charged me for. I know they will decline this offer, So ill break it down for them to understand. Take the $2200.00 they already owe me put that towards the down payment. Take the $150.00 Ive payed toward the extended warranty and put that towards the down payment. The Maxima has a $4000.00 in credits right now as well that's $6350.00 toward the down payment. That leaves $9650.00 in negative equity Jeff Wyler owes me. Basically What im asking is for is a trade in the junk they sold me. sell me a new car clean a clear with no down payment. And im not stupid I see that the payments are in the $500.00 a month range so don't try the well the best payment a month we can offer is $700.00-$800.00.

My husband and I have been customers at Jeff Wyler Eastgate for 30 years, and have purchased at least 25 vehicles for our business and personal use. In the past four years I have owned two Mazda CX-9s and currently a third. In March 2016 I picked up my 2012 Mazda CX-9 at the Wyler Eastgate Mazda...

service department due to a factory recall. [redacted], a sales representative gave us a brochure for the new 2016 Mazda CX-9 Signature Series with an MRSP of approximately $46,000. As it was time for a trade in, I decided to buy the exact Mazda on the brochure. On April 27,2016 I received an email from [redacted] with the VIn # of the vehicle the dealership would be receiving in June or July. I met several times with [redacted] the sales rep and the Sales Manager, [redacted] to ensure that when the Machine Gray, Auburn Interior, 2016 CX-9 Mazda signature series arrived with that VIN # I would be called. On June 1, 2016 [redacted] called to say it was still on the trailer come in and pick up you car. He sent pictures as well. I went to the dealership, test drove the car with [redacted] and was given a trade allowance. [redacted] had said in 4/27/16 email I would put a deposit down although on this day I was told [redacted] would not allow a deposit on that vehicle. I offered to leave any amount of a deposit or my car, and had a buyers order written up.. They were not happy that our bank would pay for the car and we did not need in house dealer financing. The dealership makes a lot of money on in house financing. I was at the hospital on 6/2/16, so my husband contacted the dealership and spoke to [redacted] who assured him the car was waiting for me on the side of the dealership and not going anywhere. First thing in the morning on Friday 6/3/16 I drove to the dealership to pick up my new car. The sales rep [redacted] said [redacted], Mazda Sales manager sold my car to someone else. This was an agreement and I waited for this car for almost three months. I drove to [redacted] Mazda as I had secured bank financing and was leaving town the next morning. Thank goodness my husband found the same Mazda in Indiana as there was not another one anywhere else in Cincinnati or Ohio. As a business owner and loyal customer, I would never recommend anyone ever going to that dealership. The lies, misrepresentation, and horrible ethics among the staff and Manager [redacted] is beyond words. I am hopeful other people who may decide to walk into that dealership are not treated the way I was. Although I am sure if this happened to me the staff is getting away with treating customers like this on a daily basis. I have never felt so compelled to share my experience until this event occurred. Please think long and hard before you go to Jeff Wyler Eastgate. In closing, I contacted Jeff Wyler (Owner of The dealership and many others) and left detailed messages on two occasions for a simple conversation regarding what happened, he never responded. Thanks Mr. Wyler for the apology to one of your longest and loyalest customers.I want a letter explaining why they would do this to a customer, from: [redacted],[redacted] and Mr. Jeff Wyler regarding the aforementioned event which occured on (and before) 6/1-6/3/16.

Cedric [redacted] is working with Matt [redacted], Louisville General Manager. I spoke with him this morning and he said he would take care of it, she lives near the dealership in Louisville.  We had set multiple appointments, but she can only come in on Saturday.  We're going to provide her with a...

rental vehicle so the collision center can take care of her car and have it re-detailed

I did not receive the accurate amount quoted for the key. The entire quote with programming and replacement key is $281.90, I received only $171.90 which is the cost of the key without programming, I have emailed [redacted] and have not yet heard back. Each time I email him, it takes about 5 business days before I hear back, which is also ridiculous. Since I filed this complaint I was locked out of my car with infant twins in the rain, and because I did not have a spare key, I had to pay a locksmith to unlock the car. This process has been ongoing since May, and I have yet to get a new key.I have still not seen the amount of the warranty applied to my loan. This was supposedly processed on 9/3/16.The $75 fee not being refunded is unacceptable. We were not told anything about a fee to cancel the warranty, and the fact that it took months, and cost me months of interest on the warranty amount $1770, because they would not take care of it, is unacceptable. As for the credit inquiries, I will keep an eye out, but because of their track record, I don't expect it to be taken care of promptly.I want to be done with these people. Everyone, but especially [redacted] and [redacted] have been especially rude, and difficult to deal with. I will never buy a vehicle from Jeff Wyler again, and will shout it from the rooftops so that none of my friends and family members do either. I will correspond when I hear back from [redacted] again.
Regards,

Mr. [redacted] purchased 3 vehicles from Jeff Wyler Eastgate during 2016.  February 2016, negative equity was added to that purchase.  July 2016, traded for new Nissan, more negative equity, and last was December 2016, negative equity. The negative equity was clearly listed on the purchase information and acknowledged by Mr. [redacted], for all transactions. The sales manager agreed to refund his extended service contract, in full, explaining that that money would be sent to the financing institution. Not sure where the break down was. The Revdex.com had a copy of the cancelation form filled out by Mr. [redacted]. I only just received a copy of that, from the Revdex.com. I have submitted to my cancelation person.  The process takes 4 to 6 weeks. Sincerely,Franci K[redacted]Senior Coordinator33 Years of Service

When Ms. [redacted] purchased and signed for her vehicle, the payoff owed for her trade was not included in the purchase.  Therefore, no payoff was made to the previous financial institution. Thank you, Frances K[redacted]Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

[redacted] purchased a car from us and had to return it due to a bankruptcy that was not discharged yet. The bankruptcy is over but waiting for discharge. Chrysler approved the loan but sent it back when it was in funding because the BK wasn’t discharged yet. We attempted to get another approval...

but weren’t successful. He is upset that he had to return the car. I explained the funding process to him and after our lengthy conversation he understood why he had to bring the car back. He told me he has already submitted a Revdex.com complaint. He said he will eliminate that complaint after our conversation. I told him in a couple weeks we can help him get into the same or different car.
Additionally, we will be sending him a reimbursement check for the upfront auto insurance.
Thank you,

June 24, 2016 Revdex.com 1 East 4th Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45202   Subject: Claimant: [redacted]   Dear Sir or Madam:   This is in connection with complaint that has been filed with the Revdex.com by Mr. [redacted] regarding his purchase...

of a 2016 Chevrolet Spark (VIN [redacted]) (“Spark”) on or about June 18, 2016 from the Chevrolet dealership at Jeff Wyler Eastgate (“Dealership”). Mr. [redacted] states that he showed an internet advertisement from Wyler.com to the Dealership representatives. The advertisement depicted a 2016 Chevrolet Spark LS CVT  Hatchback for a “Final Price” of $8,977.00 (“Vehicle”). Subsequently, he alleges that the Dealership did not honor this price. However, with all due respect to Mr. [redacted], the Vehicle advertised was being sold by Jeff Wyler Louisville II, Inc. d/b/a Jeff Wyler Dixie Chevrolet. This was clearly indicated on the Wyler.com site. In short, the Spark he purchased was not the Vehicle shown on Wyler.com. The two dealerships are separate business entities. Jeff Wyler Dixie Chevrolet is registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State’s office (KY Reg. No. 0879961), while Jeff Wyler Eastgate, Inc. is an Ohio corporation (Ohio Reg. No. 636043). In short, Mr. [redacted] bought a different car from the one advertised from a different dealership. It was explained to him that if he wanted the Vehicle, he could purchase it from Jeff Wyler Dixie Chevrolet. He elected not to do so, and instead bought the Spark which he is now driving. To this end, the Dealership accepts no liability in this matter.    If you require additional information, please do not hesitate contacting me.   Very truly yours,

The original invoice that I sent to [redacted] included the programming fee. I am waiting for the $110 check that he said was mailed to cover that.  I have yet to see the amount applied to the loan, and according to my lender, they have not received the payment yet. I have also not yet seen the inquiries removed from our credit reports. As soon as I see the warranty amount applied to the loan, and receive the check, I will update accordingly.

Regards,
[redacted] With the chain of events that happened when I arrived at the business and presented an email stating they would take care of my payments.  They never once told me they wouldn't.  They even did an appraisal on the vehicle and called for the payoff.   I feel like they made a mistake and just wanted to do a sale which is very unfair to the customer.  I have attached the email and I know now that it expired the day before but not once did they tell me it was an expired email and they could not honor it.
