After several days of texts and emails I...

finally spoke with the GM who agreed to call Toyota and have them reinstatemy lease and let me have my van back. The next day I received a call from him stating Toyota would not reinstate my lease because Wyler had already paid it off and the title had been mailed, so I called Toyota Financial myself to verify and that was in fact the case. So, the GM told me I could buy my van back, which defeated the purpose of buying an SUV to pull a boat and they would yet again make more money off me or let him try to come and pick up the SUV and take it to a company to have it cleaned. I told him then I didn't think the smell would ever come out and if it didn't I wanted a different car. He agreed. So, they picked the car up ona Friday and brought it back to me the next Wednesday. I opened the doors and was hit in the face by the chemicals they used to clean it. I thought, fine I'll leave the windows down and give it a few days to air out and see if the smell comes back. Well, in fact it has and now it's a mixture of the chemicals and smoke. When I reached back out to the GM he told me I could find something in the Wyler inventory (all of Wyler not just his dealership) and they would help me with the numbers etc. He then proceeded to tell methis would be considered a used car now and I would have to trade it in. At first, because he had told me they would make the numbers work I didn't think much about it but quickly (within the hour) realized what he had done. I then started looking up [redacted] blue book value and realized I was about to hit over $12 grand in negative equity. I became furious. There was never any conversation stating this would be considered a used car nor that I would have to trade it in especially considering noteven 2 weeks prior he had agreed to give my van back and reinstate the lease. I told him he knew what he was doing and this was wrong on so many levels and I did not appreciate how this is being handled. The salesman even went so far as to lie and sign something saying he was my relative that lived in Boone county so GE would finance the loan because their interest rate was only 3.64% and everyone else was over 6% because of the year of the vehicle, and you had to live in or have a relative that lived in certain counties to qualify for a loan through them. They knew I wouldn’t purchase the vehicle because the higher interest rate would make my payment higher than I wanted. That should've been my first clue that they would do anything to make a deal. The only reason we even bought the car was because it only had 21000 miles on it and had I known it had been smoked in I would've never even considered buying it. I have severe allergies and have had a migraine and now a sinus infection and bronchitis and have been on 2000 mg's of antibiotics a day since purchasing the vehicle, not to mention my 3 small children that are being exposed to this daily. I have never been so upset about something like I am this. The fact that they did not disclose to me the car had been smoked in and then lied when I asked about infuriates me and I even stated to the GM that the car salesman was s smoker or had no sense of smell, he admitted he was a smoker which makes sense why he didn’t smell the car.  I spoke to the GM, Matthew S[redacted], again Monday evening. He basically told me I misunderstood everything he said and they have tried to help me and there is nothing else he could do. If they had just taken the vehicle back from the time this all started, my lease wouldn’t have been paid off and this would’ve been taken care of immediately. I have also reached out to the Ohio [redacted] as well as an attorney in Ohio that deals with this type of stuff daily.I found out from the Consumer Action Organization this dealership has a C rating, now I know why.I have also thought about calling the [redacted] and telling them he lied and signed something saying he was my relative to make the deal. I’m sure that would not go over well with them and may cost the dealership their business in the future. At this point, I just want them to buy the car back and I will look elsewhere for a vehicle since they have lied to me from day one and have never had any intention of rectifying the issue properly. It seems to me all they care about is making money not helping customers. [redacted]

We cut keys to the vehicle and delivered it to them at their house. Originally signed them up with GE and it got declined and we had to resign them with PNC which I believe we took the paperwork to them and had them sign when we delivered the vehicle too them Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sales Mgmt....

[redacted] Did what she said she was going to do and I got the memo copy of the title today 12-21-2015.  It is to bad it had to get this far because of 2 people who call themselves sales people at the dealership.  I hope that they will be punished for their actions.Thank you

of the offer I reviewed appear below. The money has finally been refunded. However, it took this company almost a full month to do so. We had to call on a daily basis and leave messages for somebody to call us back. We would not get call backs. Finally, we talked to somebody and were told that we could come over to the dealership and pick up the check. We went to the dealership and waited almost another hour and a half for the check. This was not at all how we were told that this would be handled. We are very upset with the entire experience at this business and felt that we were treated unfairly.

Matt S[redacted], General Sale Mgr., has been speaking with Mrs. [redacted]. He had a loaner car taken to her home and picked up the Armada and took it to the company that specializes in this type of work. The Armada was dropped back off 2/15 to Mrs. [redacted].

My last communication with the Revdex.com was with [redacted]..  In reviewing, I see that the cancelation form was sent to Mr. [redacted].  I need to know when and where Mr. [redacted] sent the completed form in via  the instructions on the cancelation form.  I am sorry that this is still outstanding.  I had not heard otherwise till now.Thank you,Frances K[redacted]Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

The sales manager spoke with [redacted] yesterday and she provided the invoices for the repairs made.
Jeff Wyler Used Cars is sending a reimbursement check to the [redacted] in the amount of $974. They should receive this check sometime next week.
Thank you,

[redacted],                 I verified the check was mailed to capitol one on 10/13.  The amount we sent was  $1,899.15 which was actually more than the warranty premium of $1,845. The check# is 853580. As far as the additional programming charge I asked you to send me a invoice. I called the number you sent me for the dealer and it rings and rings no voicemail of a dealer. They should be able to provide a invoice for what you paid.   Thanks, [redacted]r   Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is accurate. I have finally received the reimbursement for the key, though it took many emails/phone calls, being called  a liar and a thief, and an extended period of time (over 6 full months). The warranty reimbursement was applied to my loan, but I was still forced to pay a $75 cancellation fee, which I was not informed of when I specifically asked during the purchase of the warranty and car. We paid interest on the amount of the warranty (almost $2000) for over six months because no one would address our emails or concerns.  I am happy to have this resolved, although definitely not to my satisfaction, and over six months later. I would not recommend this dealership, or any Jeff Wyler dealership to any consumers looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have yet to have Jeff Wyler Nissan pay my trade in vehicle off. My old frontier is listed online for sale on their site however it is not fully paid for. I have continued to call them over and over again to pay off the frontier so Nissan stops calling me since they never answer Nissan's phone calls. I keep getting the run around with [redacted] that the check is in the mail. I still haven't received the check to pay it off since they couldn't do it right the first time. Also I was unknowing forced into a $2500 extended warranty I didn't request nor was I told about prior to signing the papers. I didn't notice this until I got home and had the opportunity to review everything since I was forced to sign my papers so quickly. Jeff Wyler sent me a review and in that review I complained about the extended warranty that I wasn't told about. [redacted]'s response and I quote" I thought I told you about that? Well that's what it took to get the deal done....." No sorry, no option of taking it back for not telling me about it. What still to this day make no sense is why did it take a $2500 extended warranty to get my deal done? why not a $2500 more expensive Rogue with more options? If we want to talk about my past 3 experiences purchasing cars there we can but its not going to make Jeff Wyler look any better. At this point Ive already filed a complaint with the attorney generals office, and I have talked to an attorney who has advised me to record all conversations with Jeff Wyler and we can take it to court. My end result will be Jeff Wyler cutting me a check for the $115.27 as promised to pay the Frontier off and check me a check for $2500.00 for the extended warranty I was not told about, that I have to pay for now. I will not take a penny less. Or we can go to court and you can pay more.

Service Director, [redacted], stated that Ms. [redacted] has received the requested inspection and is going to have 2 tires replaced in lieu of the $275.Thank you,[redacted]Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

Regarding the complaint filed by [redacted].
The following response is from out service manager, Chrysler.
[redacted] vehicle came in for a check engine light being on and car had no reverse and shifting rough. After technician diagnosis we found that the transmission was low on...

transmission fluid and we filled transmission back up and started looking for a fluid leak. Technician found one of the exterior covers on the transmission had a casting crack in the cover. We ordered a new cover for the vehicle and a new splash shield and replaced both pieces and rechecked and topped off the transmission fluid cleared all codes and performed a quick learn on the transmission and road tested the vehicle again. And we found no other issues with the vehicle. In order to replace the transmission per Chrysler he has to be pre authorized by powertrain center but there was no reason to even submit this to Chrysler because we don’t see any other issues with the transmission. And at no time were we contacted by Chrysler to tell us to replace the transmission in this vehicle. [redacted] was advised if he had any other issues with his vehicle to let us know and we would recheck his vehicle. We followed Chrysler’s protocol and found no reason to replace his transmission.
Thanks
