I have tried at least or times to pay off this billEvery time they give me a confirmation codeThe automated system they use said they accept Visa credit cardsMycredit has always been good and I had always had enough funds in my account to pay the bill offThey never told me that my payment was deniedI have successfully made enough payments to them to cover the principal balance on the accountI have tried or four times to resolve this situation with their phone representatives, but they were uncooperativeAll that is left on the account are late fees and interestI do not believe I should be liable for these chargesI think that they are trying purposefully to hurt me personally because I would never pay them for charges I believe to incredulousI take offense to thatI am willing to work with an attorney to protect myself against themI feel that there is no further reason for them to keep pursuing me any furtherI think they should just drop the charges and quit pursuing this any furtherIf they do, I will have to try to take legal action against to protect myselfFor them to go any further with me is uselessI implore the Revdex.com to help me resolve this matter without having to take legal action againstI thank you for the the help in issuing my complaintI hope that this matter gets resolved once and for all. When the order was received through the system the free shipping was not honored. I have rejected Silver Star's resolution because they said that they have a "day return policy on all orders"I certainly understand thatBut I was not returning anythingKimball did not make my return address labels as I orderedI am a Sister of *** *** and the initials after my name are CSJ - Congregation of St***They made my labels with the letter CSI after my nameI didn't notice it immediately since I was still using the labels they had done earlierWhen I went to use the new labels, I noticed the mistakeSo I don't believe this is my faultIt is the fault of KimballIf Kimball doesn't do them correctly, I want them to take my address off their mailing list and this story will be spread far and wideThank you to the Revdex.com for the excellent job you do.

since they sent me an email stating they they will refund my money, they never didi checked my bank statements and checked my gift cardsince non of that had been done, I want what I ordered, what was advertised
