In regards to this claim, the sofa and loveseat in question were purchased as a clearance model With all clearance model's they are sold without the one year manufacturer’s warranty We did offer to replace the seat cushion cores on the loveseat only as a one-time courtesy I am currently inquiring with our parts department on the ETA of these parts to complete the service The consumer will be contacted directly within the next week in regards to the cores We did offer the Guardsman warranty refund, back in March of At this time if the consumer still wishes to cancel the Guardsman warranty they would have to make a request directly through Guardsman Jerome's is no longer able to cancel or refund any Guardsman Protection Plans Guardsman can be contacted directly at (800) 253- I apologize for any miscommunication which occurred in regards to coverage under the warranty Please feel free to contact us directly at (866) 633-should you have any additional questions or concerns Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Manager

In regards to this claim, our deliveries are completed by a 3rd party delivery company called [redacted] Roman","serif All property damage claims have to be submitted through their company directly After review of the claim, [redacted] spoke with the consumer the end of May and are currently awaiting pictures of the property damage to be sent directly to their office The consumer can contact us directly at [redacted] if they have already submitted the pictures and additional information required to [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Manager

For this claim, we did send one of our service technicians to the consumer’s residence on May 19, The technician determined the sectional did not have any manufacturing defects The warranty which came with the merchandise is a one-year warranty directly through Jerome's This warranty is for parts and labor only and guarantees the merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects which are reported within the first year from the original delivery or pidate The technician did notify the consumer that as a good faith gesture we could order the seat cushion cores and re-pad the armrests to try to alleviate the issues the consumer mentioned, however, the consumer did not want any parts or repairs We can gladly send out another service technician to review the merchandise in the residence to determine if there is a defect, however, we will only be able to abide by our warranty for parts and labor We are unable to comply with the consumers request for refund The consumer can contact us at ( [redacted] to schedule a secondary inspection of the sectional or if there are any additional questions/concerns Sincerely, Jerome's Furniture

In regards to this claim, the sectional in question was delivered on June 27, At the time of purchase the sectional came with a warranty directly through Jerome's This warranty guarantees the merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, if they are reported within the first year from the original delivery date Our warranty covers the cost of parts and repairs only The one year warranty on the sectional expired on June 27, Our upper management attempted numerous times to reach the consumer with no success Unfortunately the issue which has been reported, peeling and flaking, is not considered a manufacturing defect Peeling and flaking of leather can occur from everyday occurrence such as exposed to sunlight, natural body oils, lotions, hairsprays or cleaners which are used The pictures were reviewed and we have confirmed that even if reported within the 1st year the claim would not have been covered under our year warranty We do understand the consumer’s frustration; however, we are unable to comply with the consumers request for refund We have gone above and beyond our warranty by offering the $ in gift certificates which can be used toward a future purchase The offer of the gift certificates is valid until August 17, 2015, should the consumer wish to still take advantage of this offer Our finance department is fully aware of the consumers claim; however, we have not received additional correspondence from [redacted] We can gladly review any additional documentation which may be sent from Synchrony in regards to the consumers account Should the consumer have any additional questions or concerns, our customer care department can be reached at ( [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Manager

I called and left a message for the consumer on the phone number that was provided in the claimAt the time of purchase, the merchandise was sold with a warranty directly through Jerome's Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects which are reported within the 1st year from the original delivery date The customer's warranty through Jerome’s expired on January 22, The Guardsman warranty in question, does cover an array of damages which occur from a one-time accidental incident After reviewing the pictures, from the technician appointment in December, the damages to the leather would not be covered under the Guardsman warranty, since this occurrence happened over a period of time, not from a one-time incident We are unable to comply with the customer's request for a refund, however, I can offer one of two below options to the customer: 1) refund the Guardsman warranty in full in the amount of $or 2) As a good faith gesture we can offer a $1,in gift certificates toward a future purchase with Jerome’s I provided my direct line to the customer to contact me to indicate which option they would like to choose The customer can also contact me via e-mail Please let me know if you need any additional information Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Care Manager

weeks ago we ordered a sectional from Jeromes and were told it would be here in weeksWhen on the 4th week we had not heard anything we contacted Jeromes in Anaheim only to find out our order was never placedYes my credit card was docked $for my order but the sales lady never placed the order So we contacted customer service, they promised us our couch in no more than weeks, with discounts and promisesNow we are on week and they are telling us that the couch is out of stock They are not living up to their promises, they still have my $and the girl we talked to in customer service is being rude and obnoxious We were planning on getting a recliner, dinnette set, and bedroom set from them but with the game they are playing I will never do business with them again, if they dont get me my sectional now

recently purchased a sectional and ottoman on special order from the Rancho Cucamonga store and was told by [redacted] that it would be here in two to three weeksMy husband called the store on 4/9/(three weeks later) and he was told that the sectional and ottoman would be here on Sunday (4/01/16)I then called on 4/10/and was told that they were going to call the warehouse to check on the order and call me back, which they never didSo I called back on 4/10/and was told that the sectional would be here Monday and if the warehouse processed it by 6pm then I could get the same deliveryI called back on 4/11/and was told that the information given to me was incorrect and it should be in by the end of the weekI called back today, 4/12/16, and was told that the order will now not be in for two weeks I have been given information from [redacted] and the customer service department several timesI should not have to be calling to check on an order when it was promised to be here in two to three weeksNotice that not once did they call me to let me know what was going on with my orderI have already gotten rid of my old couches in anticipation for the new ones and now have an empty living roomWhen I asked the customer service manager at the Rancho Cucamonga store to speak to the sales manager at the same store, I was told that he was with a customer and would call me backI have yet to receive that phone call I called back to speak to the store manager and was told (by the rude customer service clerk who answered the phone) that I could not speak to the store manager because he had to follow the "chain of commands"Even though I already told him what had happenedThen when I asked for the managers name he refused to give it to me, put me on hold, and then gave me his name really fast and said he wasn't in today I can't believe how horrible the customer service has been at this storeI am so disappointed in myself for having bought something and contributing to this store in anywayIf I could cancel my order and get my money back, I would do it in a heartbeatI have been reading reviews online (Google and Yelp) and I am not the only customer to complain about this storeIn fact, if I had read all the reviews before I would have never of stepped foot in the doorObviously, the Rancho Cucamonga store is giving information and upsetting its customers and no one is doing anything about itI have been a customer of [redacted] for years and have never had this happen to me I would love it if I could completely cancel my order, get a full refund, and never have to deal with Jerome's Furniture ever againBut of course, I have not been called back even though I received an email stating that they would contact me within hours
