The customer has been given the opportunity to reselect on the pieces in her residence (Sofa, ottoman and chaise)
The offer of reselection is for equal or greater value only, anything less than the original price would remain as store credit. The customer is responsible for the difference in pricing on any selection which is at a greater cost
There is no additional delivery charge
The offer for reselection is valid until March 12,

In regards to this claim, all of the mattresses which are sold through Jerome's furniture have a warranty directly through the manufacturerUnfortunately the manufacturer of the mattress in question went out of business several years agoAs a good faith gesture to the
customer we will offer $in gift certificates which can be used toward a future purchase
The gift certificates can be redeemed at any one of our showroom locations and are valid for one year from the issuance date
The certificates will be mailed to the address listed on the consumers claim

This warranty guarantees the mattress to be free of manufacturing/structural defects according to the guidelines set forth in the warranty guideline for the manufacturer
With all mattress purchases, it can take several months for the mattress to achieve the maximum level of comfort which you are seeking We also recommend to rotate the mattress every month to allow for the mattress to evenly break in
We understand and apologize for any miscommunication Unfortunately we are unable to comply with your request for a refund on this mattress
You, do, however have the warranty through the manufacturer Should you notice any structural defects, please do not hesitate to contact us at (866) 633-and we can gladly send out the manufacturer approved inspection company to review the mattress in your residence

class="MsoNoSpacing"> I have received information from the Revdex.com in regards to concerns expressed on the pub chairs, power loveseat, power recliner and wedges which were purchased for your sister and delivered on December 7, 2014. I apologize for any miscommunication which has occurred
After review of your account, we did agree to pithe merchandise in your sister’s residence on December 9, on the contingency that the merchandise was as we had delivered it, in new condition
Unfortunately the merchandise was in used condition and was no longer applicable for the return. Our drivers as well as the pictures which were taken at the time of the attempted pick up show food and beverage stains on the chairs as well as the living room items
I do understand your frustration; however, we will not be able to comply with your request for return of the merchandise which was purchased.
Should you wish to re-purchase the sofa on the invoice, which you opted to cancel off the order, we can gladly have this item delivered as soon as we have received a shipment from our manufacturer
We are currently estimating to receive the sofa the beginning of January

The delivery charge of $was refunded, which was indicated in the customer's claim. We also mailed out a $gift certificate the end of June for the inconvenience
We will be unable to

Their customer relations, after you paid is a nightmare Delivery promised by the store during purchase, is a lie If you are promised delivery at 6am-9am during purchase, call your employer to let them know that you wont show up that day as it could be from 12.30pm to mid night If you want to talk with a customer service supervisor to make them aware of what is going on and also provide your email, they will never reach you You will never reach a corporate person to let them know about the grievance I know in case of a problem with purchased and delivered item, it will be a nightmare to get something done My suggestion to Revdex.com is look at all the complains and help purchasers by taking out any good ratings that they gave Customer service's behavior and lack of help and delivery time lies are unacceptable

Were do I beginBought a set of couches and a recliner best I ever owned the fit was perfect at my house even bought all the insurance I can buy to protect my investment then the power seat starts making a noise loud and sounded like something was broken called they sent out a tech and said it would be a few weeks for the part that turned into months and then I had to call them to check and they told me no part was available so they came and picked up the section that was broke replaced it with the new version and that was a disaster times we scheduled to bring the correct one they said that one was no longer available so now i'm stuck with something that does not even matchTalked to at least Managers finally one smart one out of the bunch offered to replace the whole set and I could buy the set I was using I agreed time went by I go in to choose the new set and they tell me the Manager was wrong talked to some Gal *** took two weeks to get the same answer back he should not have offered a buy backso many problems and so much documentation not worth the money or the time will just have to settle in courtI have all my receipts and notes

I had made arrangements with the Revdex.com to not go ahead with my complaint because wendsday I was near the store and went in and they said they would refund my $ for delivery and deliver the mattress Saturday they did but now that I laid on it for more than an hour I have found out that the salesman lied to me and the mattress does give out after or hours and creates a cavity, enough of a depression that my back slips out of placeI made that very clear , I needed a mattress that would support me all night longso now if you would like to help me get my money back I would very much appreciate itI heard that all sales are final from a delivery driver so I have not contacted the store yetthank you so much for all the help you have given me and I am sure that it will take your influence to get my refund

the sectional came with a warranty directly through Jerome's This
warranty guarantees the merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, if
they are reported within the first year from the original delivery date
Our warranty covers the cost of parts and repairs only
The one year warranty on
the sectional expired on June 27,
Our upper management
attempted numerous times to reach the consumer with no success
Unfortunately the issue which has been reported, peeling and flaking, is
not considered a manufacturing defect.
Peeling and flaking of leather can occur from everyday occurrence
such as exposed to sunlight, natural body oils, lotions, hairsprays or cleaners
which are used
The pictures were
reviewed and we have confirmed that even if reported within the 1st year the
claim would not have been covered under our year warranty
We do understand the consumer’s
frustration; however, we are unable to comply with the consumers request for
refund We have gone above and beyond our warranty by offering the $
in gift certificates which can be used toward a future purchase
The offer of the gift
certificates is valid until August 17, 2015, should the consumer wish to still
take advantage of this offer

Jerome's employees were very helpful when we were looking to buy furniture We did buy a living room couch and chair and was happy with the service, the furniture was delivered the next day But my warning to anyone buying furniture on credit at Jerome's don't use their financing, *** ***, because if you don't pay the full amount, which we were told was interest free the first year, you will be hit with a 50% interest due when the year is up That came as a shock to us and we called Jerome's but they couldn't help because after the transaction it is out of their hands If you can use a credit card to buy your furniture, don't make the same mistake that we made
