I have the girls in accounting pulling your dealPlease call the dealership Monday 12/after and I can review the findings and tell you the next step in cancelling the warranties[redacted]

The cus***er is unable to produce the necessary documentation to register the vehicle in the state of NJ We reran the credit in the hopes of putting her ( [redacted] ) on the deal We also offered to take the vehicle back

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to several individuals at Jersey City Ford and have been given the sheer run aroundI also drove several hours this past Saturday, April 30th to their location in anticipation of a resolution and was met with aggressive, uncanny, and unprofessional conduct by the General Manger of the organizationHe told me that their was no resolution to my issue and threatened to call police on me if I left the vehicle in their custody After minutes of leaving the establishment, I received a phone call by the sale's manager MrJoe BWho indicated that he would call me back within a minute window period in order to resolve the matter, only to not be contacted at allEach time that I contacted MrJoe, I was sent to his voicemail or given an excuse as to why he was unavailableI lost an entire days work and it was a complete waste of human capital to drive such a distance only to be mishandled and mistreated by the person in the head position of this organizationAt this juncture, they have left me with no other choice but to return the vehicle to the bankI am afraid that taking this action, will further put me in a bad financial situation for a very long time, which will cripple my financial mobility for a very long timeI would really hope that your organization ( the Revdex.com) could help me get justice from this situationI do not want any other customer to endure this treatmentThe practices by this organization is utterly unethical and dishonest, and I am convinced that I am not the first person to be victimized by this predatory organization known as Jersey City FordMoreover, I had a chance to briefly speak with the salesperson who sold me my vehicle, and she admitted that it is against the law to sell someone a vehicle with structural damage and airbag deployment, but then she was silenced, by one of the other sales representativesSimply put, this organization is vehemently dishonestInitially they told me that the sales person was no longer with the organization, however, I saw the person when I visited there on SaturdayThis company is so shady, I am no longer interested in doing business with themAll I am requesting at this point is that they take back their vehicle, pay back the loan company, and resell their vehicle, leaving me with no responsibility as it relates to the vehicleI have tried to reason with them, and they have left me with no other choice but to move assertively forward in seeking recourse to this action Regards, [redacted]

The check had been written and mailed, post date 3/6/15! We needed two signatures and bc of weather we had short acctg staff He should be receiving check this coming week!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ford has never sent me proof of what they are saying They said they stopped payment on both of those checks [redacted] is still calling me daily They called me today and I explained the situation again, they said they were going to follow up with FordI have never been late with any payments and now my credit score is affected by this situation I want proof that the car is paid off to [redacted] *** I also wonder why Ford has not even had the decency to return my phone calls or E Mails to avoid going this far [redacted]

The [redacted] Explorer has been returned to the customer The delay was in acquiring the necessary parts to fix the vehicle Once they took the vehicle apart, they decided to change the pump in addition to the fuel lines The customer was on vacation during this time When they returned they needed a loaner vehicle of which the dealership will/does provide We will absolutely pay for the rental, at a day They can contact me at [redacted] ext [redacted] or fax to [redacted] Once I have the invoice I will issue the check for the a day for all days in the loaner vehicle.?

We have the lien release and not the title and because of that we needed some additional information for the customerThe customer was not returning our calls; we needed a copy of her fathers drivers license because the trade belonged to himAfter weeks of failed attempts to have the customer return our calls, we received an email from them on May 26th stating they do not have the title and sent a copy of the fathers dl so we could apply for the duplicateThey paperwork is sitting in Albany and we are waiting for the title to be released

The paint has arrived at the dealership today...11/18/2014We do not stock this particular color and it was orderd when we realized that John Mc Hugh had left some deatils incompleteWe are shipping the paint overnight to him

I am rejecting this response because: I am the customer and nobody contacted me and I am not out of town

they can reject it all they want, that is what the bank is telling us They will not accept out telephone call as proof of trade and THEY WANT TO SPEAK TO HER

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As of October 7, Jersey City Ford has failed to make the necessary pay-off to First Niagara Bank for the FordEdge which was traded in on July 25, 2015, that pay-off payment is now days overdueI have made numerous attempts to speak with someone in authority who would be able to resolve this matter without any results However, I did speak to a manager on September 21, who lied to me stating the payment to First Niagara Bankwould be made that afternoon of September 21, which it was not As a result of my complaint to the Revdex.com Jersey City Ford has made an attempt to apologize to me bymeans of a response letter I rejected their apology because it does not solve the matter with the pay-off to the bank nor does it repair any damage done to my credit Jersey City Ford Dealership needs to settle this matter immediately Regards, [redacted]

We have issued a check for the customers payoff in October We called for the title and [redacted] the supervisor stated that the account was not paid We gave her pour check number and she said if the check is unassociated, it gets put in suspense and they do not cash With that being said we reissued another check, sending it directly to her We also had them note the account that the vehicle has been in our possession since August
