That is a blatant lieI refused to pay the $1,in Dealer fees - not the NJ sales tax and the license plate feesJersey City Ford
sales manager stated that I have to pay the extra fees to the Ford dealership if I want to buy the car at the end of the lease periodThere is no disposition fee written or documented in my NJ Motor Vehicle lease agreement dated 5/31/and they made up the fee which they said they have the right to do when I asked for the BuyOut statement from them

The original check payable to *** financial was issued on 04/30/and mailed USPS. On June 19th, the motor vehicle clerk was checking for title and called the bank to find out they did not receive the check. We stopped payment issued another check and it was sent over night
via ups with a tracking number of ** *** *** ** *** *** *

The issue has not been fully resolved yet The business did call me yesterday to follow up and stated that they would order the paint The person there who is following up on this item will be out on vacation until Nov25th and will not be able to follow up on the request until then On several occasions when I called them before, they said the same thing and no one ever followed through, and I never received the paint I'll consider it resolved when I actually receive the paint via mail

The original payoff was sent regular ***. When we realized the check did not clear, the customer actually informed us, we reissued a check and sent it overnight. The tracking on the check shows it was signed for on Friday

I have been in contact with the bank on June 13th at that time there...

was no information received or inquired by the Jersey City Ford. I had not been notified from Jersey City Ford that there was an issue obtaining information from bank, from May 21 - June 22 had made numerous calls, and voicemail with to Jersey City Ford with no reply to me. After notifying Revdex.com, I get the first time response that I needed to contact the bank for payoff approval.  I have contacted the bank again, and have given approval for any/all payoff information needed.

The cus[redacted]er is unable to produce the necessary documentation to register the vehicle in the state of NJ.  We reran the credit in the hopes of putting her ([redacted] ) on the deal.  We also offered to take the vehicle back.

The 2013 [redacted] Explorer has been returned to the customer.  The delay was in acquiring the necessary parts to fix the vehicle.  Once they took the vehicle apart, they decided to change the pump in addition to the fuel lines.  The customer was on vacation during this time.  When...

they returned they needed a loaner vehicle of which the dealership will/does provide.  We will absolutely pay for the rental, at 35.00 a day.  They can contact me at [redacted] ext [redacted] or fax to [redacted] .  Once I have the invoice I will issue the check for the 35.00 a day for all days in the loaner vehicle.?

this response because:As of October 7, 2015 Jersey City Ford has failed to make the necessary pay-off to First Niagara Bank for the 2013 FordEdge which was traded in on July 25, 2015, that pay-off payment is now 48 days overdue. I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone in authority who would be able to resolve this matter without any results.  However, I did speak to a manager on September 21, 2015 who lied to me stating the payment to First Niagara Bankwould be made that afternoon of September 21, 2015 which it was not.   As a result of my complaint to the Revdex.com Jersey City Ford has made an attempt to apologize to me bymeans of a response letter.  I rejected their apology because it does not solve the matter with the pay-off to the bank nor does it repair any damage done to my credit.  Jersey City Ford Dealership needs to settle this matter immediately.
