they can reject it all they want, that is what the bank is telling us.  They will not accept out telephone call as proof of trade and THEY WANT TO SPEAK TO HER

We have called the customer, we explained that the person who they had dealt with has not been with the company for several months, which is why the paint never got ordered. We have ordered the paint ans as promised, we will mail it directly to them once it arrives. customer was satisfied.?

We sent that check in 1/19 with an overnight delivery signed for on 1/20 in the mail room by Lee.  The bank has the check. Ups [redacted]

We are following up with the issuing bank and have traced the title to being released and lost in the mail.  We cannot register the vehicle without the title, thus [redacted] would be unable to locate the registration. In addition, I have provided a corporate credit card for them to rent a...

I have spoken to several individuals at Jersey City Ford and have been given the sheer run around. I also drove several hours this...

past Saturday, April 30th to their location in anticipation of a resolution and was met with aggressive, uncanny, and unprofessional conduct by the General Manger of the organization. He told me that their was no resolution to my issue and threatened to call police on me if I left the vehicle in their custody.  After 20 minutes of leaving the establishment, I received a phone call by the sale's manager Mr. Joe B. Who indicated that he would call me back within a 30 minute window period in order to resolve the matter, only to not be contacted at all. Each time that I contacted Mr. Joe, I was sent to his voicemail or given an excuse as to why he was unavailable. I lost an entire days work and it was a complete waste of human capital to drive such a distance only to be mishandled and mistreated by the person in the head position of this organization. At this juncture, they have left me with no other choice but to return the vehicle to the bank. I am afraid that taking this action, will further put me in a bad financial situation for a very long time, which will cripple my financial mobility for a very long time. I would really hope that your organization ( the Revdex.com) could help me get justice from this situation. I do not want any other customer to endure this treatment. The practices by this organization is utterly unethical and dishonest, and I am convinced that I am not the first person to be victimized by this predatory organization known as Jersey City Ford. Moreover, I had a chance to briefly speak with the salesperson who sold me my vehicle, and she admitted that it is against the law to sell someone a vehicle with structural damage and airbag deployment, but then she was silenced, by one of the other sales representatives. Simply put, this organization is vehemently dishonest. Initially they told me that the sales person was no longer with the organization, however, I saw the person when I visited there on Saturday. This company is so shady, I am no longer interested in doing business with them. All I am requesting at this point is that they take back their vehicle, pay back the loan company, and resell their vehicle, leaving me with no responsibility as it relates to the vehicle. I have tried to reason with them, and they have left me with no other choice but to move assertively forward in seeking recourse to this action.

The check had been written and mailed, post date 3/6/15! We needed two signatures and bc of weather we had short acctg staff.  He should be receiving check this coming week!

In order for us to register the vehicle YOU NEED TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION.  We have requested the information and they cannot provide what NJ requires to register the vehicle in this state.  Again, we have offered a voluntary return of the vehicle.

The bank received the check and it posted on 3/2/15. According to [redacted] The check bounced and was never credited to the account.

I am not sure why [redacted] would instruct you to speak only to him as he was not employeed with jersey city ford at that time. I will pull your deal and see what happened.  Please give me at least a business week to look into the matter. [redacted] or at a[redacted]...

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] did receive the check you sent.  It was posted on 4/21/15.  I just contacted them today.   It looks like there is still money owed to me.  I need to know what the total amount of the check that was sent to the bank.  The pay-off of the loan was for $18,527.31.  The bank is only showing an overpayment of $432.47.  Based on this information I’m assuming that your check payment was for $18,959.78.  (18,527.31 + 432.47) which is short of the total owed to me.  The pay-off for the trade in is $19,787.40 according to the contract.  Plus additional Interest payments paid from February – April of approximately$180.00 totaling $19,967.40 (19,787.40 +180.00).  As far as I can tell that leaves $1,007.62 still owed to me.  Please let me know what is going on.

We called his office because we were unsuccessful in reaching him.  They told us he was out of town till Friday

we have been in contact with the bank and have faxed over the necessary documents.  They will not provide us with a payoff until the speak to her.

because I went to the dealership on or about april 16,2015, to reslove the issue which is to get the car registered. [redacted] the general manager who was disrespectful, said this is over bring back the car which does not make sense because I am paying on a loan. Dmv said you must register the car so the paperwork is not my responsibility. I dont have access to the title;you do. So register the car and give me the plates thats all I need for Alabama as contracted.

Again according to the state of nj you are responsible to register the car. Between april 9-14 your employees  had me change my insurance policy on the car several times. I did everything your employees asked me to do however you failed to register the car. When I attempt to return the car on or about april 18,2015, you refused to returned the car I traded in. You failed to pay off the car loan. [redacted] promised to send a letter stating that the dealership will return every money I spent. So right now you need to make a plan.
