Complaint: 10580800 I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] did receive the check you sent. It was posted on 4/21/15. I just contacted them today. It looks like there is still money owed to me. I need to know what the total amount of the check that was sent to the bank. The pay-off of the loan was for $18,527.31. The bank is only showing an overpayment of $432.47. Based on this information I’m assuming that your check payment was for $18,959.78. (18,527.31 + 432.47) which is short of the total owed to me. The pay-off for the trade in is $19,787.40 according to the contract. Plus additional Interest payments paid from February – April of approximately$180.00 totaling $19,967.40 (19,787.40 +180.00). As far as I can tell that leaves $1,007.62 still owed to me. Please let me know what is going on.

Mr***, the items are refunded to you; that is not how we run our business I will have accounting issue a check for you today and placed in the mail

This doesn't settle the issue of multiple persons lying about the processWe were told many times they weren't paid when in fact they were paid- this is still an unacceptable process in my and my family's eyes.on the other hand at least I finally received my vehicle but without the vehicle manual/guide.

the vehicles need to be grounded and *** needs to pick them up. The dealership is only responsible for the notification along with the last of the payments which were issued to *** thru our business manager

We have received calls regarding this however the names do not match! I need more details! I returned her call yesterday only to land in voicemailWe are more than will to help but if we cannot locate something because of misinformation it will take us some time

The refund was issued September 15th 2015. We send the window sticker to the customer so there is no confusion about the vehicle or bait and switch. The truck was not what the customer needed, as her requirements were 4wd not 2wd. Indeed *** made an error and the deal was not
consummated

The check was paid in full. We have to call the bank for the payoff amount

The car was satisfied with the bankThe first check was sent *** and was never received so we voided check reissued and sent overnight

The customers car is indeed registered incorrectly. The paperwork created by the dealership is for the correct car, however the temporary insurance card from *** *** for *** *** has the incorrect vin...***. We contacted *** and we need to provide the information
again, needing the corrected insurance card with the vin *** dated July 8th, 2014. Once the information is received we can correct the vinWe will contact the customer directly

The account was paid in full on July 30th, 2015. Unfortunately the paperwork to support the payoff was left in the deal when the girls posted it to accountingWe have emailed the confirmation

We are not an authorized BMW dealer and do not have the proper tools to fix the vehicle. However, we did complete the other issues concerning the vehicleDue to current credit position we cannot put him into another vehicle
