He was very thorough in his investigation of the problem I had reportedHe explained certain things to me and gave me suggestions.He showed me how to do certain things for myself and told me what could cause a problemI like him very much! He brought peace of mind to me when I had been worring about this problem all day ! Especially since I have a condo on the upper floor and there could be leaking into the unit below ***

We are a 'Love's Service Partner' and yesterday we had our annual electrical service check ( whole house). Brandon M was our technician and he also checked our electrical last year as well. He did a wonderful job as always, going above and beyond in putting back a fan light fixture for me that I took off weeks ago to replace the bulbs, but wasn't able or strong enough to replace it. He is kind, courteous, personable and very professional at what he does. He also gave us ideas on how we can better protect our electrical devices with a professional surge protector , but no sales pressure. In all we are very happy with Brandon and his work.

My store has had multiple plumbing issues over the past several years with no quick, easy solution. After [redacted] came for a visit twice in a week we knew it was time to have a permanent fix. [redacted] provided all the information needed for the correction and then worked with me to find an alternative. Once the alternative solution was discussed it ended up being more practical financially and didn't require us being closed any business days. Once my district manager approved the quote [redacted] scheduled our service for 2 days later.

Charlie was very pleasant and was able to change out 2 old rusted tank floater balls in a very timely manner.........very pleased I was not taken advantage of in pricing.......I will definitely consider calling on Gene Love & referrals///Charlie for future plumbing needs.
