During plumbing repairs on my rental condo today, I had the opportunity to interact with Gary G. for over an hour. He was very professional, personable and knew what he was doing. He represents The Gene Love company very well and and I asked for his card in case I needed plumbing repairs in the future.
This is a positive review of service received from Gene Love Plumbing today. Although it was a relatively simple solution, the Technician (Omar) fixed the problem with my hot water heater quickly and gave me some tips to help me in the future. He was very professional and very pleasant.

I experienced several problems after the recent flooding, and Gene Love Plumbing came to my rescue within two hours of my call, even though I know they were very busy. Field Service Tech [redacted] I had bad experiences with 3 other plumbing services who didn't have a clue. He knows his job. When in need of a true plumber, call Gene Love and try and get [redacted] An excellent plumber.
Gene Love Plumbing and specifically Jacob H., Chris R. and Jerry F. came to my rescue. I was without hot water and to make matters worse the builder of my home did not vent the gas heater correctly (a pipe was missing), and built the roof around the water heater, which meant the structure of my roof would be compromised. Not only that the attic opening was too small and needed to be enlarged. Another company quoted me $3100.00 to locate a new water heater in my garage and wouldn't be able to complete the work for two weeks. I called Gene Love Plumbing...not only was their quote less, to put in a new electric water heater in my garage, but they were able to complete the work that day!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
[redacted] was our tech to rewire a ground light and he was terrific; fast, efficient, professional and courteous. I would always request him in the future.

Excellent customer service. Technician identified problems of previous contractors and called them to fix. Fixes were completed on the same day.
