Once again, I have to warn the general public. Please I beg you to never do business with Gene Love Plumbing. They are a terrible company that does not keep its word. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone then send some incompetent person over your house to not fix a thing then charge you. [redacted] at Gene Love promised to resolve my issues with me but weeks have passed and he never called me or emailed me back after countless calls and emails. I followed up with him only to be brushed off and ignored again. I am disgusted with this company and will make sure I let everyone know.

We had an electrical issue ,I called they were great kind ,had someone here in just a few hours.Brandon M . is a very nice young man. HE explained everything,made sure we knew what he was doing at all times. We will use this company again for sure.
I feel like I needed to leave a review to warn others about Gene Love. I had called Gene Love over other plumbers thinking they would be top notch and extremely professional. I received the exact opposite kind of service. Juaon at customer service lied and was extremely rude. the technician that came to my house didn't even introduce himself or knock on the door. He just started looking around outside. He never even came in the house when I explained the leak was inside the home. They ended up over charging me and fixing nothing. Then when nothing was fixed they wanted me to pay before coming back out. I had them over a second time and the issue was not fixed. I ended up having to call a completely different plumber. Please steer clear of this company. They are unprofessional and a bunch of liars. I was really disappointed and I never leave reviews but I really think people of the area need to know Gene Love is the last plumbing company they should call.
I had a very positive experience using Gene Love Plumbing. My Technician, [redacted], was very helpful and did not look to overcharge me or take advantage in doing work that wasn't needed. He looked for an inexpensive solution to my problem and gave me some options, allowing me to choose what I was comfortable doing at this time.
Ronnie S[redacted] was assigned today to check the AC&Heat units. He did a great job to check both units, and also identified that one of the UV light fused! Since we have warranty for that, he spent almost 30 min. to call the the UV light distributor to order the unit. Very impressive!! He was courteous and pleasant guy too.
Mr. Cory was very professional and knowledgeable concerning his assignment. We are very very please with him and the service he provided. And we are very grateful to Gene Love Plumbing for providing such professional Technicians. Thanks. Ms. G[redacted]
