Hi, since I don't have any Social Media accounts, I wanted to leave a great review for one of Gene Love's air/heating technicians. His name is Tim R[redacted] and he did the best job servicing our heating system by checking it out and getting it ready for Winter than anyone else has in the past 16 years. He also replaced our two filters, which no one else ever did, and was neat, courteous, and considerate inside our home.
I had an issue with the concrete slab outside which holds our Air Conditioning system, and he helped us developed a plan to have it fixed in the Spring that was within our budget.
You will love Tim! Also I would recommend becoming a ' Gene Love's Partner' and save money on service and service calls. Preventative electrical , plumbing, heating and air checkups done yearly too with the program. We love all their technicians, but so far Tim is the best! of the Best!

Our experience began with Jacob H., who explained in understandable detail what we were facing with regard to our plumbing issue and how to resolve it. We give both Jacob H. and Jacob S. high marks for professionalism, skill and friendliness. We're grateful that they used their considerable talent to fix our problem.

Our AC was not cooling very well. We requested a service call. The technician came out and said our unit was frozen up and that it needed to be thawed so he turned the AC off and turned the heat on. This took about 20 minutes. During that time he put some duck tape on a piece of instillation that was drooping. The unit was fine after that. He told me the bill would be $438!!!! He said the thawing of the unit was $370!!!! and the service call was $67 and oh by the way you unit needs to be serviced!!!!!!!! We were charged for something that the technician could have done for the price of the service call or told us to do. Oh and by the way, he was not there 5 minutes before he started trying to sell us a new unit (ours is only 7 years old) for $7500!!! Very disappointed in the service for the amount of money that we had to pay......
This is the second time I've had to contact Gene Love for plumbing services. Mr. Ryan M[redacted] was on time and very efficient . He explained what needed to be corrected and had it repaired in no time!
The sewer line in my older home quit draining completely. I called Gene Love's Plumbing. They ran a camera and discovered that the whole line from the house to the road was compromised by roots. In one day they dug it out and replaced it with schedule 40 pvc with a two-way cleanout. I decided also to have them replace the old galvanized main water line and install a stainless steel ball shutoff valve. I have complete trust in their integrity.
We received excellent service from Gene Love Plumbing. Our hot water heater died during the evening - I called Gene Love Plumbing the next morning and they sent someone out that morning to replace the unit with a tankless water heater. They cleaned up the area under the house, replaced the unit and tested everything. They explained everything they were going to do beforehand. When they had to leave to purchase a part, they let me know about how long they would be gone. They were both polite and professional. When they finished the work, they sent me the invoice and other documents for the new water heater to my email address and handed me the installation and operation manual. I would definitely recommend Gene Love Plumbing!!
Once again, I have to warn the general public. Please I beg you to never do business with Gene Love Plumbing. They are a terrible company that does not keep its word. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone then send some incompetent person over your house to not fix a thing then charge you. [redacted] at Gene Love promised to resolve my issues with me but weeks have passed and he never called me or emailed me back after countless calls and emails. I followed up with him only to be brushed off and ignored again. I am disgusted with this company and will make sure I let everyone know.
