Ryan M[redacted] Plumbing Technician for Gene Love was absolutely the nicest serviceman I have ever met in my 30 years of being a homeowner. Came to install a new kitchen faucet for me. Smart, thorough inspection. Saw that my garbage disposal was rusting out & wouldn't last much longer. I had no idea! Ryan saved me from a headache! I'm glad to have found Gene Love services - had other technicians service my HVAC and a faulty electrical switchplate and happy with their performance.

with my house. He was very professional and the type of representative you would want to help you in a situation. I was very pleased with his work and would like to have him on any other call I may need,

I recently had some plumbing issues and had been a Gene Love customer before, so I called them again and [redacted] came to my house and was on time and very good at his job. Before coming to my home, I already knew who was coming. Once there, Mr. Ryan M[redacted] introduced himself, showed me his business card then proceeded by putting on his work shoes before entering the house.
Mr. M[redacted] was very efficient, took photos to show me what was there prior to fixing anything and explained what needed to be done. After completion, Mr. M[redacted] showed me his finished work. I was very impressed! The price for the work done was very reasonable!
A coworker needs plumbing work and I've already recommended Mr. M[redacted] at Gene Love. I must say, I will use Gene Love again.
I was very pleased with the service rendered by the Gene Love Service Techicians in the installation of three lavatory faucets and the follow up to repair a leak due to a faulty impact nut!
Very pleased with the service which entailed much more than bargained for. I was, however, not charged for the extra time. This was nice. Something I though would take an hour actually took up to three. THANK YOU!
