I am rejecting this response because: This reply is ludicrous If my son, *** ***, is incarcerated, then I must use my name and telephone number and credit card to open an ICSolutions account for him No inmate can do it inside the jail I am the paying customer I purchased the account for the inmate The money on the account then goes to him This is how it works I was told on the phone by an ICSolutions employee that the money could be refunded because ICSolutions will not transfer funds from one phone account to another You have the capability of setting up accounts, one where inmates can call anyone and one account where an inmate can only call collect to one number The first account I set up for *** *** was for him to call me at *** Then I wanted him to be able to call anyone, but ICSolutions will not transfer the money from one account to another That is when I was told the money could be refunded *** mailed you a signed request with all the information you requested, but you claim to have not received it.At first ICSolutions denied that there was an account in our names I proved that you were wrong.Now, ICSolutions denies receiving a letter requesting a refund You are not honest You cheat inmates out of money owed to themI am asking that you do the right thing and mail *** *** a refund for the money left on his phone card He had a balance of some $Here is his mailing address:*** *** *** *** *** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because: When calling to make payment with this company and adding a new number I have always spoken to a live represenativeThe company is provided with my address and facility used each time a number is addedAt no time speaking with a representative have I ever been made aware what my rate would beAfter seeing the numbers used that are associated with my account it would be in good practice of customer service that they inform you of rate changes or possibly add a feature for customers when calling into this company that allows you to input your number and be told of how much the rates would beIcsolutions is well aware of what numbers receive different rates but fails to inform over the phone customers with that informationI'm highly dissatisfied with Icsolutions from everything from rates on calls and service charges, failure to address technical problems in a timely manner to bad connection issues on both landline and cellular devicesAlso if this company wants to charge such high service fees maybe they should offer customers different plans such a flat fee for monthly unlimited use or a determined amount of minutesI will be following up with other Consumer Agencies and local Congressional Leaders about the poor quality of service and outrageous fees associated with this company and any other like itThe problem goes far beyond just this company and all has to do with the kickbacks from jails.

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND SENT COPIES OF THE EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT BACK TO THE MEXICAN SITE THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!! I am rejecting this response because: The call I received today was not to answer my complaint regarding possible fradulent use of my daughters information but to inquire again if my daughter has maybe been contacting someone in prison that I wasn't aware of The comment from the customer service representative was to inquire if my daughter might be calling someone in prison because she didn't want any surprises when she contacted this person (again insinuating that it could be my daughter) and that I would be suprised how many times this happens I am going to state again I want an answer regarding the potential fradulent use of my daughters name and email and a stop to the accusations that it "could be my daughter" The customer service rep became upset when I wouldn't supply her email and hung up RUDE FROM THE STARTIC Solutions deleted the email address after my first inquiry as the solution and refused to address my complaint further I provided the payment ID number and reference number With all of that said, I have attached a picture of the email my daughter received for further investigation I want an answer to my original question of the fradulent use of my daughters information without any further remarks regarding her possibly being the one purchasing the servicesHave some respect and look into how a year olds information is being used improperly If you are unable to provide a sufficient professional response I will be left with no other alternatives than to contact the authorities and file a report and retain counsel to look into the matter as well as report the company to the Attorney general in Texas

Western Union, we did contact Ms*** again to provide the information given by Western UnionWestern Union advised Ms*** needs to go back to the location that she sent the payment from to confirm the MTCN and the payeeMs*** has not called back with further information, nor have we received any additional information from Western Union
