I am rejecting this response because: This is false....I did not have an issue with my bank...the charge was to my credit card....and my credit card company says they do not charge for disputing the double charge...I feel I have been penalized for nothing that I have done wrong. There was a duplicate charge on my card and all I did was stop of the charges...and now this service is not allowing me to use my credit card to purchase phone service...instead I have to use money order or wire. I was not aware in the first place that I should have called them...I have always been told to contact my credit card company...they say that it was a credit card fraudit was not it was simply a charge twice..same amount on the same day...I only stopped one...why is that so hard...I spoke with my credit card company and was told they do not charge the 25.00...like they wanted to charge me...now I am being punished...this is so very sad.....people struggling...and a company like this has you....if I want to talk to my son....what choice do I have.....he did wrong and is paying a price for it but why do we have to also pay a price for it....so looks to me like I will just have to send money order or western union...again they will charge I am sure another fee for that...this is so frustrating
