I am rejecting this response because the information in the letter that I received was incorrect and they did not even ask for proof of my receipt or provide any explanation of why my online balance was never identical to my in store balance.  It also appeared that the phone calls were not listened to after I spoke with the customer service representative and manager.  There is differing information from each individual.  I feel that if the employees don't know the answers or policies, how would I know them?  I have sent a request directly to Thomas Griesing and asked him to respond to what I disagree with and I attached a photo of my receipt that was never asked for.  I have attached a copy of this email below. 
"I received your letter dated December 5, 2014.  I am not nearly satisfied with what the letter indicates and the enclosed $74 check that was sent to me.  I urge you to pull the calls that I had with the CSR and later the supervisor named [redacted] on the evening of 11/15/2014.  She even stated on the call that the time of the $1,372.29 check posting to my account was 10:48 pm, which no matter what way you look at it is past the end of business for any branch.  I was told by [redacted] that anything processed after 5 pm is next business day so in the letter you stated I purchased [redacted] at 5:49 pm so based on the information [redacted] gave me isn't this the next business day.  What concerns me more is that no one I spoke with seems to have the real story of when the check for $1,372.29 posted to my account or what the definition of an OTC check is.  Both the first phone CSR and later [redacted] had two different definitions  of an over the counter check. Personally I was a bank teller years ago and the definition of an over the counter check was when a person came in and cashed a check "Over the Counter" and I am curious to know how a business entity such as [redacted] walks in and takes the cash.  The first CSR as I stated in my complaint to the Revdex.com told me I did not have a receipt for November 14th indicating that I had a $0.25 balance.  If you look in my online statement in no place is there a $0.25 balance.  Why?The reason is because at that time there was no check appearing for the $1372.29 and then when People's Bank backdated the check to that date and reordered everything it caused the $407 in overdraft charges.  I basically gave up and let my outstanding checks come through because could not replace all of the overdraft charges at that time.  I have attached the copy of the receipt that per the phone call the CSR insisted did not exist.  I will not be satisfied until I receive the $407 in charges returned to me.  Please review this information and let me know your final decision on a complete refund as soon as   possible so I can determine if I need to pursue this case legally which I have not done yet pending the reply through the Revdex.com.  My checking account number was [redacted].

Please use the Revdex.com as a clearinghouse for all written communication making sure to include a full transcript of responses. The singular purpose of this complaint is for people's united bank to issue me a functional atm card immediately. Which after several exchanges via the Revdex.com has yet to occur. And the complaint was filed because I already called people's united bank call center at least half a dozen times over the past six months requesting a new card, phone records available as evidence, and also asked a teller at the [redacted] branch for a card on two separate occasions while making withdrawals for a new card which resulted in snide responses and no card.  The only step required to resolve this complaint is not letters or phone calls it is for people's united bank to live up to their contractual obligation, stop intentionally denying me a card and access to my own money and mail me a functional atm card immediately.  Please state in very clear and detailed words why [redacted] is choosing not to issue me an atm card even when I have a complaint filed with the Revdex.com.
