I am
rejecting this response because: all the response from People's United Bank was
saying they have different kinds of checking account which need to have $1000 balance
otherwise will be service fee of $10.
This
information is understood, and I respect their business.
 As to my case, I was old [redacted] with
reward checking account type, for some reason when it acquired by People's
United Bank while ago, somehow it has been converted to a wrong type. I know it
because my wife ([redacted]) has a similar account --- reward checking account
with [redacted] too, and it has been staying as it is with balance of $60 for
years without any fee. So that is why I open this complaint. Why my account has
been converted to a checking account with minimum checking requirement without
any permission from me, otherwise I would close it before it got converted.
I still
think all my service fee should be refund to me.
