JH Portfolio Debt Equalities is falsely reporting negative items to my Equifax credit report I was told by the JH Portfolio that the debt was deleted from all credit reporting bureausHowever, the collection item still remains on my Equifax reportJH Portfolio will not provide me with any documentation to support its claims of removing this negative item

I had a amazon credit card that was sent to JH incorrectlyAmazon however asked me to contact them to sort it outI have been unable to reach them I am extremely frustrated in disappointed in this entire situationI had an amazon store card with ge capital, ge capital sold to synchrony bankDuring the transition the account information was not relayed correctly regarding my balanceI had paid the account off with ge prior to the move to synchronyI can no longer reach anyone at gethe people over at synchrony insist I talk to JHUnfortunately because I didn't want to pay for something I shouldn't have to, I held off on making a payment AGAINhowever, synchrony sent this account to JHI have been attempting to contact JH for months and months to resolve the situationno one ever answers the phone and I cant even leave a voicemail because the mailbox if always fullmy credit is destroyed because of this account

Good afternoon, I have made several attempts to contact this company by phone and my mail regarding three accounts listed under collections on my credit files. The phone rings and rings and I cannot reach a live person. My letters went unanswered. I wanted validation of these debts and I have not received any information as of yet. The fact I was also in a debt management program previously and they were also unable to gain a response from the company is concerning. I am more than willing to work out reasonable terms but in order to do so I need documentation on the original debtors including account numbers and need to be able to reach someone. If this debt cannot be validated I would like it removed from all three of my credit reports.
