I was checking my credit karma and just noticed this company on my creditI was never notified of the debt

They violated their no contact order and sent a letter in the mail to me on December 1, 2017, AFTER they were ordered by the judge to CEASE & DESIST

I am reviewing my credit and come across this company who I have never heard of and would like an explanation, what company is this for ?

I have tried reaching out to this company numerous times in regards to a collection account on my credit I have used their website email to send an email twice and both times it kicked back I have sent another message and sent disputes via Credit Karma to reach out to them I shouldn't have to hunt these people down They are reporting negative on my credit but not willing to reach out and have a way for customers to reach them.I would like paper documentation from this company in regards to this account they have I do not believe this information they have is correct
