When Costco change from American Express to Citi Bank I received notification that I had a collection from JH Portfolio DebtI have asked times for the following and JH Portfolio can not provide:1.)I do not have a middle initial or middle name, none of my government official identifications show a middle initial or name.2.)Provide JH Portfolio Debt's license to collect in Florida3.)Provide a signed contract between the original creditor to provide that JH Portfolio Debt actually owns this debt4.)Provide the date of the last transaction to prove this is within the Florida State Statue of Limitations5.)Provide the signed credit application by me showing that I had a legal contract with the original creditor6.)Provide the means that this was verified I am notifying you that this item is not reported correctly for the reason indicated, and I am asking you to reinvestigate itAccording to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611(a)(1) Consumer credit reporting agency, shell free of charg

They have not reported to the credit bureau's that my debt has been settled and the debt has been settled for almost months
I settled my debt with global recovery on June 1st, which was a 3rd party collector for JH portI have been in contact with JH port twice but I have attempted to contact them during their business hours several times but they don't seem to ever answer the phoneIn the two times I was able to speak with someone who worked there, I was told that the matter was under investigation and I could expect a response within a day time periodI have received no response concerning the matter and my creditor report still shows a balance due

The company refuses to remove debt from credit report and they no longer own it

The debt is obviously not valid as they are unable to provide me with anything regarding the account and my responsibility to it

My account was sold from JH portfolio Debt in 01/2016, by then which it was agreed by Blueshore Recovery to be paid in full after installment paymen
