I had a amazon credit card that was sent to JH incorrectlyAmazon however asked me to contact them to sort it outI have been unable to reach them
I am extremely frustrated in disappointed in this entire situationI had an amazon store card with ge capital, ge capital sold to synchrony bankDuring the transition the account information was not relayed correctly regarding my balanceI had paid the account off with ge prior to the move to synchronyI can no longer reach anyone at gethe people over at synchrony insist I talk to JHUnfortunately because I didn't want to pay for something I shouldn't have to, I held off on making a payment AGAINhowever, synchrony sent this account to JHI have been attempting to contact JH for months and months to resolve the situationno one ever answers the phone and I cant even leave a voicemail because the mailbox if always fullmy credit is destroyed because of this account

I had a credit card with Victoria secret and it went into the collections this company they are not transfering my files to the credit bureau
I have called over times and they have not fixed this issue

very rude paid my debt off with them and they still reported on my credit I ask them to remove the charge and they said they have not reported on my credit yet but when I look at my credit they reported jan 2, I called them days later and they started telling me all the lies
