We just had new central air conditioner heat pumps installed today ARS has been extremely professional in all my dealing with them in the purchase and installation of these units This was an expensive purchase, but everyone at ARS made us feel very comfortable with our decision Eric with whom we signed the purchase agreement was VERY knowledgeable The next day, Alex [redacted] and Johnny [redacted] did the install and worked hard all day in the high temperatures never stopping until the work was complete They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I loved working with this company!!

These guys were great Extensive project moving year old split heat pump to new dual fuel package unit outside and repairing /removing air handler and relocating intake to hall ceiling from wall floor Prompt and on time over the several days it took Drywall guy did an amazing job with patching [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] were all professional and if I had name of Drywall guy he should also be commended Felt we were given a fair price for the amount of work done and would recommend based on our experience
They falsely installed a lesser quality unit that I had initially bought & paid for & then tried telling several types of different lies cover up what they had done cause they thought I wouldn't knowThey are very dishonest!
Josh [redacted] and Grant [redacted] did an awesome job. They were very polite and well-mannered very respectful. I didn't even know they were here other than the tools they had to use. They worked steady, quiet and cleaned when they were done . I would use this company again for any of the services they provide. Love this company!!
ARS Nashville just installed two HVAC systems in my home The installation team was friendly, efficient, and very respectful of my home They did a great job and I would recommend them based on today's experience
Posting for my mom and dad who have no internet They used this company back in November or so When I saw my mom today, she handed me the review sheet with the info and asked me to please make sure I posted a positive comment about the installers, Josh [redacted] and Cooper [redacted] She said they were very professional and super friendly, and they would definitely recommend them to others They were not only pleased with the job they did, but also their attitude and work ethic
I had a stopped up toilet and called on Saturday morning and they told me it would be after before someone could get to me so I ran an errand just next door to my house(was gone like minutes) and had left my phone while I was goneWhen I got back at 12: [redacted] had called and left a message that if he did not receive a call back he would have to move on to the next personI called him back as soon I returned and he got an attitude because I told him I was told it would b after Well he sent [redacted] out an I was told a diagnosis fee and he took like minutes ran a snake down it and it ended up costing me Needless to say [redacted] wasn't a very nice fellow eitherI would b very aware of these people and their practices!!!
Joshua and Amir installed an HVAC unit at my home and did a great job They worked quickly in spite of the rain, checked out and explained the new system to me and cleaned up the site before they left It was a very positive experience
Lamar did an excellent job while servicing our HVAC system He was courteous and had a positive attitude He worked quickly and was efficient He was also very knowledgable of the job he was doing We are very pleased with ARS and will continue to use their services
Jordan C did an excellent job installing my HVAC on 2/8/He organized the work load well ensuring the most expeditious completion of the project Jordan was very knowledgeable and appeared to be very supportive of his helper Mark SMark also did a good job completing assigned tasks on his own as well as assisting Jordan when he needed helpI was fortunate to have this crew working at my House Great Job!!

Installers were on time and completed the job within the time limit they setThey made sure everything worked and did a very good job cleaning up
