We had company remove a gallon tank and replace with an electric high end tankless water heater *** * was prompt, very professional, and did a great job with the installation and removal of old equipment A lot of work was involved with electrical rewiring etcand we could not have been more pleased with *** and how patient he was with our numerous questions
Extremely satisfied Salesman came out and the next day the installers were here as planned It was a rainy day and they put down the floor protection and wore their booties inside the house The noise was minimal and all of the workers were considerate and very knowledgeable Josh Wwent above and beyond as did Josh G., Cooper and Joey All very professional and made sure that we were given the new thermostat tutorial and ensured any additional questions were answered Exceptional service!

I called ARS Rescue Rooter at AM when my HVAC unit failed to fire up and heatThe lady on the phone checked with the crew and said "they would be there no later than 1:PM and if they were going to be any later they would call me and give me an updated timeAnd if they finish their job sooner they would call when they were on the way"I called the corporate phone number around PM and a guy took my information and said he would have somebody call me back shorty (no one ever called back) I received a call after PM from the technician saying he was at my gate to do the repair callI told him that I had left to go to the hockey game that I had tickets for and I would not be homeApparently they expected me to sit there for seven hours waiting for them and still not showThey left me on a Saturday night with no heat and temperatures falling below freezingI could've called other companies but they assured me that this would be taken care of around 1:PMVery unprofessional business practices
John was a very friendly and knowledgeable personHe took the time to answer all my questions, telling me what he was going to do and approximately how long it would takeI feel very comfortable having him in my home and would not hesitate calling ARS in the future if I encounter anymore plumbing problemsI highly recommend ARS and John ***
MrC*** was professional and personable from the get-go He and his partner arrived at the appointed time (with a phone call ahead of time), surveyed the working spaces/areas, and immediately began to rid us of our old equipment With minimal noise and invasion into my daily life they were able to install a whole new furnace and compressor within an hour period They even taped up my duct work for energy efficiency
