When I saw my mom today, she handed me the review sheet with the info and asked me to please make sure I posted a positive comment about the installers, Josh [redacted] and Cooper [redacted] She said they were very professional and super friendly, and they would definitely recommend them to others. They were not only pleased with the job they did, but also their attitude and work ethic.
Ron C[redacted], with ARS Nashville is the best. He and ARS have taken good care of our needs for several years and have always worked for our best interest..
Mr. Zack D[redacted] with Mr. Keith W[redacted] installed my new heating and air system. They were both on time and very professional. I would recommend both of them to anyone who is in need of system installation and maintenance.
I had a stopped up toilet and called on Saturday morning and they told me it would be after 2 before someone could get to me so I ran an errand just next door to my house(was gone like 10 minutes) and had left my phone while I was gone. When I got back at 12:57 [redacted] had called and left a message that if he did not receive a call back he would have to move on to the next person. I called him back as soon I returned and he got an attitude because I told him I was told it would b after 2. Well he sent [redacted] out an I was told a 69.00 diagnosis fee and he took like 2 minutes ran a snake down it and it ended up costing me 215.00. Needless to say [redacted] wasn't a very nice fellow either. I would b very aware of these people and their practices!!!
We had ARS Rescue Rooter Nashville to our home on 11/9/16 to install a new HVAC system, plus some additional work. Matt P., Josh N. Kevin J. and Mark S. were all very pofessional, explained the system, cleaned up everything and left the house just the way they found it. We are very satisfied.
Josh [redacted] and Grant [redacted] did an awesome job. They were very polite and well-mannered very respectful. I didn't even know they were here other than the tools they had to use. They worked steady, quiet and cleaned when they were done . I would use this company again for any of the services they provide. Love this company!!
Both installers, Josh W and JB E were very detailed, hard working, and provided needed feedback and answered our questions thoroughly. They did a very professional job with a good product.
Lamar O. serviced my AC unit today. He was very thorough, professional, and patient with my many questions. His customer service was excellent, and now my upstairs is cooling down for the first time in a long time! Very impressed.
Incredible service! Very polite and patient with explaining what they were doing. So timely which is appreciated in the 90+ degree August TN heat when you are 8 months pregnant.

They showed up early as planned. Inst[redacted]ed protective floor covering in the work area. Cleaned up during the inst[redacted]ation process.
The two men were extremely professional and represented the company well.
I would have them work in my house again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

AJ came to look at our central heat and air and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
