Starting with Tonya who originally took my call, Fritz B[redacted] who took extra time to explain my options and then took a 9:00 pm call from me to set up next day installation on a split unit HVAC. The 2 installers, Kevin J[redacted] and Dillion H[redacted], were extremely knowledgeable and professional and even managed to completed the second half of the work an not wake 2 sleeping toddlers. I will be calling ARS for future HVAC needs.
They did a great job on my two 3 ton unit installation. They were right on time and got the job done 20 minutes before they said they would be done by. All of their team was friendly and informative. I would fully recommend them on anybody needing any AC work done!
We just had 2 new central air conditioner heat pumps installed today. ARS has been extremely professional in all my dealing with them in the purchase and installation of these units. This was an expensive purchase, but everyone at ARS made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Eric with whom we signed the purchase agreement was VERY knowledgeable. The next day, Alex [redacted] and Johnny [redacted] did the install and worked hard all day in the high temperatures never stopping until the work was complete. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered any and all questions. I loved working with this company!!
I filed a complaint about this business a couple of weeks ago. Since then the company has contacted me and completely redemiated all of the issues. They fixed everything that was wrong and we reached a credit that we both could be satisfied with.
Prompt, courteous, and informative service man who took great care to ensure that we understood the necessary procedures during this plumbing repair. We have complete confidence not only with Warren but with the company he represents,
Mr. W[redacted] was professional and personable from the get-go. He and his partner arrived at the appointed time (with a phone call ahead of time), surveyed the working spaces/areas, and immediately began to rid us of our old equipment. With minimal noise and invasion into my daily life they were able to install a whole new furnace and compressor within an 8 hour period. They even taped up my duct work for energy efficiency. Joshua spent the extra time needed going over the paper work at the end of his long day answering any questions I may have had.
Richard was at my house on July 9th to repair a plumbing problem.he was very polite and professional during the repair. He also gave us repair options. We had previously gotten an estimate from another plumbing company for $700! Richard was able to make the repair for $155!! We will definitely request Richard again for our plumbing needs. Extensive project moving 26 year old split heat pump to new dual fuel package unit outside and repairing /removing air handler and relocating intake to hall ceiling from wall floor. Prompt and on time over the several days it took. Drywall guy did an amazing job with patching. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] were all professional and if I had name of Drywall guy he should also be commended. Felt we were given a fair price for the amount of work done and would recommend based on our experience.
The service that I received from ARS and installer Kevin J. was above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed with the customer courtesy & professionalism that was given to my husband, myself and also my residence. Each time any of the installers came into my house they would wear protective booties. It was raining and I mean raining heavy yet they continued to work as if it were a sunny day. The gentlemen set up a canopy to cover the work area and I never heard them say one negative thing about being in the rain. I was kept informed on the steps taken to complete the replacement of my air handler, thermostat & outside unit. I was impressed with the care taken around my plants as the outside unit is landscaped. I can not say enough nice things about the crew that came. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent, responsible, courteous & knowledgeable staff & company.
ARS Nashville just installed two HVAC systems in my home. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They did a great job and I would recommend them based on today's experience.
Bad approach to business. Never able to say WHEN they will actually arrive. New a/c install isnt quite right. Took 3 days and is still incomplete. 2 vents barely have air flow. Supposed to come back today to see why and fix.... The didnt show or even call. They dont clean up well. I picked up 38 screws on day one and had to ask three times to take removed insulation. Then demand it when they were going to drive off the third time without it. Messages go left unreturned.
ARS , Keith W, Zack D, Brandon J, Mark S, and Fritz, installed a recent HVAC system. They were very professional and worked through an extremely hot day. They came in professionally and left the site in the same if, not better , condition than they found it. I would recommend this service.
We had a new hot water heater and a new heating/ac unit installed by ARS in the past two months. The service was prompt, professional, appropriately priced and courteous. The two installers, Matt P. and Kevin J. did an excellent job, taking care to keep our home clean and keep me informed re: progress, etc. In other words, everything positive a customer could ask for from start to finish. (They removed all old equipment, trash and swept the area clean.)
Josh W[redacted] at ARS Nashville installed a new heat cool system at my residence today and did an excellent job. The unit was in a difficult spot and they professionally took care of all issues. They were polite and answered all questions. I would recommend Keith for any install. Pro! John
