They falsely installed a lesser quality unit that I had initially bought & paid for & then tried telling several types of different lies 2 cover up what they had done cause they thought I wouldn't know. They are very dishonest!
I have been using this company for just over 1 year now. They keep me on track to maintain my unit between seasons. Today, AJ S[redacted] came to check my heating system. He was very helpful and informative. His professionalism was top notch.
They did more than a outstanding job. Very timely, left everything very clean, and explained how it works without confusion. More than happy with their work
AJ Smith was just wonderful! He checked things on my AC that I have never seen checked! I will definitely request him for all my AC issues / bi-yearly checking of my system. Really appreciate this man for being so through!
Bill [redacted] was the technician who installed my water heater. Bill was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained the entire process prior to completing the work. Good Job!
Keith and Zach of ARS were very considerate of our home, called before hand and arrived in a timely manner. They were professional and worked continuously until our new system was installed. Before leaving they cleaned up and went over all the info regarding the new system. We are very pleased with our new unit. It cools our upstairs so much better than our previous unit. It also operates much quieter. A representative came out one day to discuss our options and the next day early afternoon our unit was installed, and had the upstairs cooled comfortably. It has been a week and we could not be more pleased with the service of our unit and the installation by ARS.
