A representative from Basil resale contacted me and told me to bring in the title of the vehicle in order to refinance the loanSo far I haven't gone there because I just recently received my titleAlso, this is not the solution I was hoping for either

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I don't agree with Basil The bulk of the money they put into the car was in the window of their "month warranty" I'm sure my daughter is not the only one who travels a lot for work and school and puts mileage on a vehicle Scions are rated very high Obvious this one was a lemon I disagree that they extended themselves with good faith The service manager was great He did get us a discount when her throttle body went after we had already put in several thousand dollars; still costing us $ The last time we were there it failed inspection because of front brakes and a wheel bearing We already had one wheel bearing replaced They told my daughter she needs to get the other one fixed within weeks or her wheel may fall off We had it in weeks ago to Triple A Car Care There was nothing wrong with her wheel bearing, but her calipers were froze and back brakes needed Interesting I'm not impressed with Basil's customer service Before I contacted Revdex.com, I called Basil (anyone in management) four times and left messages I never received one return call The only time MrF [redacted] called was when I called to speak to MrBasil and he called back and said he was returning my call on behalf of MrBasil and left a message on my home phone When I called back the next day, the secretary, Maryann, said he was out indefinitely for heart surgery When I would leave messages with Maryann, she would giggle and say she'll have one of the "boys" call me back I am extremely disappointed in my dealings with Basil Word of mouth is always a good thing I will never consider buying a car from Basil again

This vehicle was sold with over 88K miles and in new York state it comes with a day or 1,mile limited warrantyNow even though almost all the repairs we made and money we spent on the vehicle did not fall under any type warranty we did it as "good will" for our customerWe have paid out $5,in repairs that were not covered and over $1,were cosmetic repairs such as arm rests and glove box repairs "trim" at this point we feel we have done more than enough and consider this case closed and have no further obligation to the vehicle or the customer

I have not had a third party look at the vehicle about the damageThe locks were automatically going on and off without me hitting any buttonsI did not want to pay even more money into the car to have someone else look at itLuckily the locks have stopped doing thatI am assuming because the water damage dried outAt this point I am looking for them to admit what they did was wrong and to apologize : Keeping some of my parts without telling me, leaving my window rolled down in a storm, claiming they contacted me when they didn't ( I would be glad to call my phone company to prove they did not leave any messages that week), for the general manager for raising his voice and yelling at me and now for lying saying things that aren't trueI never said that my windows never workedI said that window moved slower than the other windowHowever, it always workedEven now that I have had my car back the window has worked every time I tried itAlso they never politely talked to meI was screamed at and was threaten that they would take it to a junk yard if I didn't move it by 2:the next day ( this was at 6pm on a Friday nightSo, they were giving me a less than a hour notice)

We apologize that this doesn't resolve anythingWe are more than happy to look at your trade and be as aggressive as we need to be for youWe sell over a hundred warranty's a month and everyone customer is sold and explained the warranty in the same matterWe hope to leave every customer with a great buying and ownership having you unhappy is not our intentionsBut refunding you for a warranty you have used and seen the benefits from and also have put 11k miles on the car since purchasing there is nothing else we can offer

Charles had his car here for service on 11/15/since his purchase date of 2/8/he has put 11,miles on his carAll of pur service contracts are sold thru the finance dept and the customer is even several different to pick fromNo warranty is sold or advertise as a "bumper to bumper"Our
finance maanger sells and explains all of the warranty's to the customerThe customer also signs all there warranty paperwork along with there banking paperworkThe customer is fully aware of what they are signingWhen Mr *** car was just here for service he paid a $for repairs total bill was $which was covered with his warrantyThe other issues he is having with his power seat, and power mirros all were working when he was here we couldn't duplicateWe can trade Mr *** out of this car if he would like without a problemThe car value is based on current miles and condition of the car and what current trade market value is
