This is my fourth positive review for ARS and their staff, which should speak for itselfI know it all reads about the same but it is the truth to date and feel no need to change my stance and beliefs in their company or employeesIf they ever give me a reason to post anything negative, believe that you will see it in my subsequent reviews.This review is for multiple services performed sometime between September to November of As important as it is to have regular mechanic that you can trust to take care of your car, I feel it of utmost important to be able to trust a technician/ specialist that you allow into your home for any type of technical serviceLet's start with the companyThey were referred to me by my local [redacted] Both [redacted] and ARS heavily emphasis that all their employees are background checkedARS calls well in advance to schedule any appointments and even most of the times courtesy calls are placed prior to arrivalNow lets talk about one of my family's tech, RobRob was polite and courteous in manner and his work was clean and accurateHe is one of the reasons I proactively pay for and continue to pay for an annual maintenance contractIf ever in the future I needed his area of expertise, I would ask for him by nameIn fact I have had very positive experiences with all of their administrative staff and other techs such as with similar experiences with Bravlio and JayOn the very rare occasion a job could have been performed better than expected, both their administrative staff and techs were more than willing to make adjustments at no cost to make sure that my family was fully satisfied with their serviceKudos to all of your teamAs for the public's interest, I will continue to ask any of their techs I allow into my family's for comment/ review information and will be more than happy to keep all of you out there in the world wide web informed of my experiences good and bad with this company, lets all keep them on their toes to make sure they continue to provide the best service standards : p

The engineer Johnny C, who serviced the AC unit was excellentHe was very professional, thorough and explained all what he had done, with recommendations Overall very satisfied with the service received today
I feel so wonderful for Jose and Dwayne job, there have been to my house in Clermont, I recommend both of them to any company for their best workerthere are do a wonderful job, not only wonderful there personality are very perfect there companyARSI them good luck and also may God Blessing both of them

I had a very positive experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter of Orlando, which has a nationwide installation contract with [redacted] After working with Alex, my AC service tech, I learned I needed a new electric AC unit, which was a shared system with my gas furnaceI received a no-pressure, thorough overview and recommendation for a replacement system from Kevin with [redacted] He provided an excellent price and arranged for both units to be installed the same day by Andres and Jaime, who were efficient and professionalI was impressed with the care they took to remove existing units, inspect duct work, insulate pipes, and leave the work areas very cleanAt the end, they confirmed system performance, walked me through how each worked, and provided warranty documents for my records, along with rebate informationI was able to observe the entire process and ask questionsIt was a "no stress" process that left me with peace of mindMy home now features energy-efficient, state-of-the-art components..I definitely recommend [redacted] /ARS Orlando

Absolutely everyone I have dealt with at ARS has been professional and knowledgeable Stephen the tech who came out for the initial service call explained everything in great detail The Install techs Rob and Dwayne explained everything they were doing and were so nice and did such a great job
Waited hours on a Tuesday for service technician to arriveCalled to find out why no one showed upDispatcher claimed guys got hung up at earlier jobs that took longer than anticipatedWhy did not one call me then? Dispatcher assured me the technician would be at my house between 8-on Thursday and that he would call me personally to let me know when he was comingI called them at noon, as I had not heard from anyoneCancelled servicePerson who answered phone didn't even seem bothered that I had waited hours on two days and still no contactWould definitely NOT recommend them to anyone
Nightmare experience! Plumbing tech was incompetent, lied, and didn't solve the problem after being jerked around for four months! Bottom line hired a different company to resolve the issueDo not recommend to any family friends or even enemies

I would like everyone to know about this [redacted] doing business with ARS.I bought brand new unit almost two years agowithin the two years periodI had a big leak Freon...I called they came ..serviced times 1st 5lbs Freon july 2nd lbs Freon sept 3rd 8lbs Freon nov th 6lbs Freonjuly the first technician I asked them to check the leakno one want to do it the technician he told me he only check the leak for only 1hrbut lucky he found the leak in air handler I talked to service manager he told me .he only change the coil today luly I had appointment between 10am - pm..no one show up for repairAND I KNOW FOR THE FACTTHEY DONT WANT REPAIR BECAUSE THEY MAKE NO MONEY.Two yrs ago I agreed to install .YOU KNOW WHAT???THEY INSTALL THE SAME DAY FOR BRAND NEW UNIT...ANYONE OUT THERE interest to install new ac unit ,be aware
Stephen quickly and accurately diagnosed that the a/c system was at end of life, and offered a competitively-priced new systemChris and Shirley arrived about hours later and installed the new systemAll technicians were knowledgable and professional
Had Don SFrom ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando come today to inspect A/C unit and air handlerHe was very personable, and not pushy at allHe told us our options for what needed repairing and we went from thereI checked prices on line before we had anything done, and their prices seemed fairI would call them again
