This Tech Stephen came to my house and did *** tune up for $after about min he comes back and tells me I needed a new system I know my ac is old but working good I just finished dropping my husband of at the air port and I told him I needed to talk to himThen he tells me to call him he can wait because I really needed a new unit then he says my unit is not working I told him how can that be it was just on he said I was mistaken because compressor is not working I told him ok that I will call him backI called *** they came out and said I was missing a wire I said how that could be they said someone had to remove it so the put the wire in and my unit was working greatI checked my surveillance system and to my surprise I see the tech remove the wire and put it in his pocketI am in the process of giving the video to the new and he represents ***I will never bye or go to a *** againI called the tech and explain and he just hung up I called there office requested a manager call me back nothing thats how much they care about the customer
Stephen was on time and very friendly He was honest about our situation with our heating/air unit We ended up totally replacing our unit because of him

This was the first time they have been to my house but the technicians Willie and Tyler where both awesome They were nice and very efficient in doing their job They were helpful in answering any questions that I may have asked I would recommend them to my family and friends
I had an appointment with this company to come out and look at my duct work for complete replacement but they called me at the last minute to inform me that they would not be coming out because their manager had decided that they would not be doing duct work untill the fall.... incredible...why make the appointment in the first place!!!... very unprofessional..especially when they give you a time block between 12 and 4...so I didnt schedule anything else because I was waiting on this unprofessional company....waste of my time...
Absolutely everyone I have dealt with at ARS has been professional and knowledgeable. Stephen the tech who came out for the initial service call explained everything in great detail. The Install techs Rob and Dwayne explained everything they were doing and were so nice and did such a great job.
Jasper was fantastic tech! ARS is an excellent company to deal with and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an air conditioning company.
Nightmare experience! Plumbing tech was incompetent, lied, and didn't solve the problem after being jerked around for four months! Bottom line hired a different company to resolve the issue. Do not recommend to any family friends or even enemies.
Travis was very knowledgable and professional when serving my A/C system. During his inspection he found that the UV light was disconnected. I will request him for future services.
