Wonderful experience. Our AC unit coils kept freezing, so I asked a major company to take a look. They tried to rip us off by saying there was an issue there wasn't so that they could get more money from doing the expensive "repair." I knew it sounded suspicious, so I called ARS for a second opinion. Josh B[redacted] provided the exact opposite kind of service; he was amazing. He came within a few hours of calling and took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and what we should do. He saved us $600 by saving us from having an unnecessary repair done. After all that, he didn't even charge a service fee because he felt bad about our experience with the other company. Mr. B[redacted] is a major asset to ARS; it is difficult nowadays to find honest, knowledgeable workers. I now know which Central Florida company to call when we have any AC issues!
Waited 4 hours on a Tuesday for service technician to arrive. Called to find out why no one showed up. Dispatcher claimed guys got hung up at earlier jobs that took longer than anticipated. Why did not one call me then? Dispatcher assured me the technician would be at my house between 8-12 on Thursday and that he would call me personally to let me know when he was coming. I called them at 12 noon, as I had not heard from anyone. Cancelled service. Person who answered phone didn't even seem bothered that I had waited 8 hours on two days and still no contact. Would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone.
This business helped me incredibly, especially the help of Stephen C[redacted] . We needed a new air conditioner and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance.
I called for a leakage under my a/c unit and made an appointment. Same day I had service, I even honored the coupon. I hope to do business with them for any other needs. I was educated since its my first home about how to better take care of my house.
The technichican (Don S[redacted]) arrived on time. He was very professional, and kept us informed about what he was doing, throughout the visit. Excellent service (as usual) from ARS.
Stephen quickly and accurately diagnosed that the a/c system was at end of life, and offered a competitively-priced new system. Chris and Shirley arrived about 2 hours later and installed the new system. All technicians were knowledgable and professional.
This review is for services performed on 09/19/2015. As important as it is to have regular mechanic that you can trust to take care of your car, I feel it of utmost important to be able to trust a technician/ specialist that you allow into your home for any type of technical service. Let's start with the company. They were referred to me by my local [redacted]. Both[redacted] and ARS heavily emphasis that all their employees are background checked. ARS calls well in advance to schedule any appointments and even most of the times courtesy calls are placed prior to arrival. Now lets talk about my tech, Jay. Jay is one of the most thorough techs I've seen in his field of expertise. He is one of the reasons I proactively pay for and continue to pay for an annual maintenance contract. Jay is very informative about ARS' products and never had to sell me on any upgrades that he recommended that will not only save me money over time but most importantly will improve the quality of air/ health of my family. I only ask for Jay by name when it comes to my prepaid biannual maintenance, not to speak negatively about any of their other employees. In fact I have had very positive experiences with all of their administrative staff and other techs such as Rob and Bravlo. On the very rare occasion a job could have been performed better than expected, both there administrative staff and techs were more than willing to make adjustments at no cost to make sure that my family was fully satisfied with their service. Kudos to all of your team : )
Shirley and Bravlio came out to replace my AC unit. The entire time they were there, the were very professional, showed a work ethic that one does not see to often. When they left, everything was put back in its place and cleaned up. I would certainly rehire both of them.
Excellent and thorough service. Travis explained all aspects of his inspection and recommendations and did not try to up sell me on work outside of recommended maintenance.
I bought a new heat pump from ARS. The two men who installed the new unit were Braulio and Alexis. Brauilo did the inside work and Alexis did the outside work. They bought did an outstanding job. They cleaned up the areas inside and outside and Braulio explained how the new unit worked. He also gave me all the paperwork that came with the unit. This new unit works great, and my wife and I are very pleased with the unit and that we had ARS install it.
I should also say that the Comfort Advisor ( Rick S[redacted] ) that came to our house and helped us pick out the right unit, and explained how everything would be completed did an outstanding job.
J.M. M[redacted] was the service tech. to come out and do a diagnostic and tune-up on our new a/c unit. Medina was very helpful, thoroughly explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable about his trade. I hope he could come out every time our unit needs servicing. He put our minds at ease and made us feel comfortable. My family want to personal thank him for getting our system running in tip top shape.
