After working with Alex, my AC service tech, I learned I needed a new electric AC unit, which was a shared system with my gas furnace. I received a no-pressure, thorough overview and recommendation for a replacement system from Kevin with [redacted]. He provided an excellent price and arranged for both units to be installed the same day by Andres and Jaime, who were efficient and professional. I was impressed with the care they took to remove existing units, inspect duct work, insulate pipes, and leave the work areas very clean. At the end, they confirmed system performance, walked me through how each worked, and provided warranty documents for my records, along with rebate information. I was able to observe the entire process and ask questions. It was a "no stress" process that left me with peace of mind. My home now features energy-efficient, state-of-the-art components..I definitely recommend [redacted]/ARS Orlando.
I always have ARS come and do the tune on my AC unit. Today I have Travis P[redacted]. MR P[redacted] was efficient, extremely knowledgeable. and thorough. He explained what I needed to do to keep my unit running in tip top shape and explained in detail what it all meant.
I have now requested that Travis be the only person to come and service my ac unit.
The engineer Johnny C, who serviced the AC unit was excellent. He was very professional, thorough and explained all what he had done, with recommendations.
Overall very satisfied with the service received today.

Travis P[redacted] is an awesome ac technician. He took time to take photos of our system and then explained in detail the issues we had. He then gave us several options that would take care of not only our ac system, but that would be helpful to my husband and myself. We have had many ac people come into our home in the past. None as polite, friendly, and informative as Travis. Because of his information we will be looking into a new unit from ARS. The business community needs more people like Travis.

the 4 technician . he told me . he only check the leak for only 1hr.. but lucky he found the leak in air handler ... . I talked to service manager . he told me .he only change the coil .. today luly 19 2016 .. I had appointment between 10am - 2 pm..no one show up for repair... AND I KNOW FOR THE FACT... THEY DONT WANT REPAIR BECAUSE THEY MAKE NO MONEY.... .Two yrs ago I agreed to install .YOU KNOW WHAT???.. THEY INSTALL THE SAME DAY FOR BRAND NEW UNIT...ANYONE OUT THERE interest to install new ac unit ,... be aware

If they ever give me a reason to post anything negative, believe that you will see it in my subsequent reviews.This review is for multiple services performed sometime between September to November of 2015. As important as it is to have regular mechanic that you can trust to take care of your car, I feel it of utmost important to be able to trust a technician/ specialist that you allow into your home for any type of technical service. Let's start with the company. They were referred to me by my local [redacted]. Both ** and ARS heavily emphasis that all their employees are background checked. ARS calls well in advance to schedule any appointments and even most of the times courtesy calls are placed prior to arrival. Now lets talk about one of my family's tech, Rob. Rob was polite and courteous in manner and his work was clean and accurate. He is one of the reasons I proactively pay for and continue to pay for an annual maintenance contract. If ever in the future I needed his area of expertise, I would ask for him by name. In fact I have had very positive experiences with all of their administrative staff and other techs such as with similar experiences with Bravlio and Jay. On the very rare occasion a job could have been performed better than expected, both their administrative staff and techs were more than willing to make adjustments at no cost to make sure that my family was fully satisfied with their service. Kudos to all of your team. As for the public's interest, I will continue to ask any of their techs I allow into my family's for comment/ review information and will be more than happy to keep all of you out there in the world wide web informed of my experiences good and bad with this company, lets all keep them on their toes to make sure they continue to provide the best service standards : p

Our AC broke down and we called [redacted]. [redacted] sent Comfort Advisor - Matt to our house who explained our options. He was very polite and knowledgeable of the ton and seer size of unit we needed. The next day the [redacted] contractors from ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando came to install the unit. Braulio and Alexis arrived to install the new HVAC Replacement. Later Victor and Kalvin arrived to help. They were all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional individuals. They all worked together doing an excellent job! They cleaned up when finished and provided answers to questions I had.
