I bought a new heat pump from ARSThe two men who installed the new unit were Braulio and AlexisBrauilo did the inside work and Alexis did the outside workThey bought did an outstanding jobThey cleaned up the areas inside and outside and Braulio explained how the new unit workedHe also gave me all the paperwork that came with the unitThis new unit works great, and my wife and I are very pleased with the unit and that we had ARS install it I should also say that the Comfort Advisor ( Rick S [redacted] ) that came to our house and helped us pick out the right unit, and explained how everything would be completed did an outstanding job
Shirley and Bravlio came out to replace my AC unitThe entire time they were there, the were very professional, showed a work ethic that one does not see to oftenWhen they left, everything was put back in its place and cleaned upI would certainly rehire both of them

I always have ARS come and do the tune on my AC unit. Today I have Travis P [redacted] . MR P [redacted] was efficient, extremely knowledgeable. and thorough. He explained what I needed to do to keep my unit running in tip top shape and explained in detail what it all meant. I have now requested that Travis be the only person to come and service my ac unit.
Our AC broke down and we called [redacted] [redacted] sent Comfort Advisor - Matt to our house who explained our options He was very polite and knowledgeable of the ton and seer size of unit we needed The next day the [redacted] contractors from ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando came to install the unit Braulio and Alexis arrived to install the new HVAC Replacement Later Victor and Kalvin arrived to help They were all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional individualsThey all worked together doing an excellent job! They cleaned up when finished and provided answers to questions I had I would highly recommend this great group (Braulio, Alexis, Victor, and Kalvin) for future work They did an outstanding job!!

About ARS, itself, though, first they scheduled me weeks in advance for a wrong day, according to when they are in my area, so the day before we had to rescheduleKnocked my own schedule out Not appreciated Also, the quote that Travis gave for replacement of a possible future failure of our A/C contactor was $213, but if we went with main.contract $ I called a local A/C whose done other work in our home and their full cost was $ I feel that ARS is way overpriced and gouging its customers - or prospective customers
