I believe this service is fraud. I feel I was over charged for this service. As I tried to chat with the company online it directed me to a page that stated error the page could not be found as well as a section to the right of the page that says share screen. When I clicked the share screen it says start sharing so I clicked that and it directed me once again to a similar error page. When I looked up the website onto google it had a review from a person stating they believe it was fraud and when I looked into other reviews it seemed as if all the reviews were made up names and reviews because they were all so similar reviews which does not seem real to me. As I finally found a working number I contacted it and asked for a refund as I did not go through with the hiring process and she stated the only way I could get a refund is within 72 hours of paying for the service or failing the test. I didn't even access the information in which she stated herself.

Refund I would like a refund for the service I paid for. As I was looking into how to detect if one of these site services are fraud it states the number one thing to look for is if you are being charged more than 39.95$ in which I was charged 49.95$ and due to the strange error pages on the site and not much info about their business on their website I believe it is fraud and think I deserve a refund.

At Job Support Services, one of our main goals is to be transparent and up front about what customers can expect from us, what products and services we provide, as well as the fact that our products and services are optional. This information is provided throughout our website, as well as on a customer's transaction receipt. We offer a job board, study guides, simulated practice exams, and customer support for certain entry level civil service jobs. We offer different levels of access and support to our programs, and this customer opted for our "Upgraded Basic Support" option, which is (1) installment of $49.99. In the event that one of our customers gains employment to a civil service position through using our materials, then we offer up to a $50.00 rebate in return for them sharing their success story by posting a review about how we helped. We also offer incentives to our customers (who have yet to gain employment) to write a review when they agree they have received exceptional customer service. The websites where customers can post reviews about our company (Revdex.com, Google Business, Expresit, Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc.) all hold the highest level of standards to ensure that a business is not able to fraudulently post positive reviews about themselves. As this customer noted, there are also negative reviews about or company as well. We are saddened to hear that this customer's experience was not satisfactory, and that they experienced technical issues when attempting to utilize our products and materials. We do see that the customer was able to utilize the materials (accessed practice exams on 7/17/18 and 7/18/18). We also noted that the customer only contacted us twice, once to purchase our program and services on 7/17/18, and again on 7/30/18 when they requested a refund. Our refund policy is clearly stated throughout our website. For this program, our policy is: Refunds are available to those who do not pass the Postal Battery Exam 473. Refunds are also available to those who request them within 3 days of registering, provided their account has "NOT YET" been logged into. Being that the customer had accessed the materials and did not request a refund within their (3) day right of rescission, they were deemed ineligible at the time of the request. However, being that our main goal is to provide quality customer satisfaction, we have provided the customer with a full refund as well as allowed them to continue to utilize our program if desired.

I purchased the service at the amount of 39.99 yesterday April 3, 2018 and right when they gave me access to my account I open just one practice thats it, a little later I got a phone call that I got hired from another company... So today, April the 4th less than 24 hours upon purchasing, I called customer service to request for refund, since I wont be able to use the service. The lady told me I can't get refund because I accessed the account which I wasn't informed of this policy, they had told me though that I can get refund if I fail the test which doesn't make sense why I couldn't get refund if I am not gonna use the service why do I have to pretend to take the test and fail it to get the refund'?? why will I waste my time and other peoples time? I demand for my refund because I am not a satisfied customer period.

We help assist candidates in navigating the online postal hiring process and in maximizing their score on the required Postal Battery Exam 473. Our online program offers candidates step by step instructions in completing the profile and application that are part of the postal hiring process, a free hiring guide, a job locator tool, simulated practice exams that are times and graded, and unlimited live agent support via telephone. We offer a full refund if a customer does not access our program materials within the first three (3) days after purchase or if the customer fails the 473 Exam. There is no fee for the Official Postal Battery Exam 473, or for the free study guide provided by the USPS. Our company offers simulated practice exams, which are times and scored just like the Official Exam. This helps candidates practice achieving a high score on the timed exams. Our program is optional, not required. On April 3, 2018, the customer contacted us and registered for our program. She has utilized our Program, as well as our Services, which are available to customers Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm, EST. The following day, the customer called in to customer support and asked for a refund. After reviewing her account, our customer support representative advised her that she had accessed the program materials and was, therefore, not eligible at this time for a refund, unless she fails the 473 Exam. Im starting my process for a career at the Post Office. I called the number to start the application process when I called Job Support Services and spoke with a very professional young lady. I would like to thank the Job Support Services for their help in getting me a job as at the United States Post Service. I applied for a City Carrier position in December and two months later I landed the job! The most most helpful part of their services was allowing customers to take practice tests for the 473 Postal Battery Exam.

It was fine.

I recently used Job Support services to help me receive a good score on the postal exam. The practice test we're excellent and help me to obtain a job as a Rural Route Carrier for my home town post office. I would recommend them to anyone looking to find a full-time career with the USPS. Lots of help and quick to answer any questions.

Company has been deceitful and lies in order to get people to sign up and then refuses to issue refunds.
In September 2017, I saw an advertisement for US Postal jobs through this company. The advertisement never mentioned they were not affiliated with the USPS. When I called, the representative never stated this either. I was told it was $99 to sign up and they had a "no questions asked" refund policy. They also said there were jobs in my area, which was a lie. There have been no jobs within 100 miles of me ever. I finally was able to sign up to take the test in December 2017 which was an hour and a half away. I gave myself 2 and a half hours to get there and was 5 minutes late to the testing cutoff time (30 minutes before exam)due to an accident on the freeway. I received a letter from the US Postal service stating I "Failed the assessment". JJS refund policies states that you get a full refund "no questions asked" of you fail the assessment. I have been lied to numerous times by this company. Their refund policy also states that you can get a 50% refund if you "completed all the required steps within the program and find that there have been no available jobs within 50 miles of their residence after 120 days of registering for the service can qualify for a partial refund and maintain full access to their Job Support Services account.". Again, there have been NO jobs within 50 miles of me EVER and therefore, I an't even apply for any jobs let alone interview. They refuse to issue any refunds even though they have been nothing but deceptive. Yes, their terms and conditions say one thing, but when you sign up, the representative with say another thing just to get your money. I paid $99 for absolutely nothing!!! Again, I "failed the assessment" which are the exact words from the USPS, but again JJS asks questions when they have a "no questions asked" policy. All I want is my $99 back so that I can forget that this company even exists. I applied for a refund through their "refund request" page in December. I submitted everything they asked, but nobody even bothered to contact me to discuss the matter. They just ignored the request. Today, the representative said that the reason they did not contact me was because I hadn't taken the test. It would have been professional and honest if someone would have contacted me a month and a half ago to tell me this instead of keeping me wondering where my refund was!!!!

I would like my refund of $99 back. They need to also verbally tell their customers about the cancellation notice/policy and not try to hide it.

This customer claims that our advertisement does not mention that we are not affiliated with the USPS, however, all of our advertisements do provide a disclaimer stipulating that we are "not affiliated with any government or state entities, including the United States Postal Service". This information is also included throughout our website, as well as stated on every phone conversation with all customers. When a client registers/pays for our program, they provide us with an email address along with their general contact and payment method information, so that we are able to send them a payment/registration confirmation email. This email includes a unique registration code and link to our fulfillment site, so they can create their user account and access all of the tools, resources and live agent support they were promised. This email also includes our Refund Policy (which is listed below). On September 14, 2017, the customer contacted us via telephone to purchase and register for our program. They have received the email with the link to the fulfillment site, as our records show that they have logged in and accessed the materials purchased (with a last visit date of 1/30/2018). In addition to utilizing the materials purchased, the customer has also received our Services. On one of the service calls made by the customer, they requested a refund. Our refund policy states: "The Job Support Services' program offers a "Pass the Exam" guarantee. Therefore, registration fees are fully refundable if the candidate takes and does not pass the required postal 473 or 473c exam, which is given at an independent testing facility. Refunds are also available to those who request them within 72 hours of their registration date, provided our program resources have not yet been accessed or used." At the time of the request, the customer did not qualify for a refund, as they were past the 3-day (72 hour) right of recession, and as they stated themselves that they did not take and fail the Official 473 or 473c exam. Also, in order to schedule a time to take the official exam, you must first apply to a job in your area to receive an invite from the USPS with a date and time to take the exam. The customer claimed that there have never been jobs in their area, however, you are not able to take the official exam without first applying to a job in your area. In addition, the letter they received from the USPS is a generic letter that all candidates receive who do not show up to take the exam that they scheduled. Our policy does not state that you will receive a full refund if you fail the "assessment", but rather only if you fail the Official Postal Battery Exam 473 or 473c. Other mitigating circumstances would qualify candidates for a partial refund. Customers who have completed all the required steps within the program and find that there have been no available jobs within 50 miles of their residence after 120 days of registering for the service can qualify for a partial refund and maintain full access to their Job Support Services account. We provide this option to customers as a courtesy, as USPS jobs frequently come and go. Our records indicate that when they made the full refund request, they did not qualify at that time for a full or partial refund (as there was still jobs in their area, and because they did not take and fail the official exam). Because our product is delivered electronically at the moment a payment is approved, it is not practical to offer refunds for those who change their mind or make an assumption that we offer something that we do not, or that we are an entity that we are not. There is simply no way to recover an electronically delivered product. This is a common problem for all providers when products are delivered electronically, however, it is our goal to provide tools and assistance to our customers in order to more easily navigate the hiring process and maximize their score on the 473 Exam in order to obtain a position with Postal Service. Since our valued customer is unsatisfied, we provided her with a courtesy refund for the full amount.

I recently used their program which allowed me to perform well on the postal exam and lead to a City Carrier position with the USPS. Thanks again for helping me through the process!!

I signed with JSS 7 months ago unfortunately I couldn't afford to do the one time payment so they broke the order down into 3 payments. I made a 35.00 dollar payment on 04/06/2017 over the phone with ***. Then a recurring 35.00 dollar payment on 04/13/2017. On 04/06 I received a email saying the payment didn't go through the only reason why I logged into my account was to see if it was still active. So I called at this point I no longer wanted to use this program. I called back spoke to agent asking about a refund. She said I would have to make my last payment first to receive it, I decided okay well if I'm going to do all of that I mine as well check it out. That was my first attempt. So a week goes by I called back make the last payment in May.
It's now November I recently took the test and PASSED ON MY OWN. A HR actually reached out to me to take the test for a job I applied for in the beginning of the year before I even join JS. I have all the proof in my emails. So I been putting it off about calling for the refund I called today. Her first excuse was it has been past 3 mo's ..then she's like well you took a practice test. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor the supervisor is saying the same thing so I asked for the lady for a cooperate number. Yes I did say "this is bs" I didn't call anyone anything I wasn't physically threatening anyone but I guess she thought that was a good enough reason to hang up the phone. So I called back and I know they must have known it was me because they were no longer answering the phone when someone finally did answer the phone I asked for corporate's number and she gave me their number again saying there is no such thing as corporate. After calling 7 more times she finally said the boss is unavailable like really didn't you just say there was no such thing. These ladies became very rude, they all started to talk to me in this tone like I was ignorant. I never been toyed with so much by a place that claims ira professional.

After researching this complaint, our records indicate that *** registered for the product on 4/6/17 for three weekly payments of $35 that were to be drafted on 4/6/17, 4/13/17 and 4/20/17. Ms. did successfully pay the first two installments, but her card was declined on 4/20/17 for insufficient funds. Per our customer service notes, Ms. called in on 4/20/17 and stated she did not have any available funds to make the third payment and requested a refund for the other two payments and asked if she could call back later when she had more money to pay for the product again in full. At that time our customer service notified her that they would not be able to issue a refund however, they could pause her account and make her account active when she called back in to make the final payment. Then on 5/8/17, Ms. called into our customer service department to make her final payment and have her account reactivated. Our customer refund policy states the following:

Customers will need to contact the toll-free customer support number within your account or by submitting a request through our Contact Us Form.
Customers eligible for a refund due to not passing the postal exam 473 must submit a completed Refund Request Form, along with a copy of their exam score from the USPS and a copy of the charge as it appears on their bankcard statement. Customers also must have taken at least 2 exam simulations and obtained a passing score within your Job Support Services account.
Other mitigating circumstances that would qualify for a partial refund. Otherwise, we would have provided her with assistance, or a courtesy refund, if desired.
It is our goal to provide tools and assistance to our customers in order to more easily navigate the hiring process and maximize their score on the 473 Exam in order to obtain a position with Postal Service. Since Mrs. Barnes is unsatisfied, we provided her with a courtesy refund for the full amount.
