I have attached
proof to show that I never had tha product for days periodi order the product on september *** and it was shipped days later on the *** which means I didn't receive the product until the weeks of october ***I also attached proof showing that the Navtool company received their product back in their hands on october *** which is exactly days from the "order date" not the date is was shipped out or not the day that I the customer received it so thats proof that the product was returned within days plain and simple.I ordered the product september **, they shipped it to me september **, I didn't receive it tip october, and I returned the product october **

*** *** ***" However, the tracking number provided only shows that a label was created, but nothing has been received by ***. I called *** to verify this, and they said that they have not received anything from the company---only a label was created online. I placed this order on ** May 2016. Finally, on ** June the company provided this tracking number: (***). This was after numerous attempts to chat with someone on their live chat tool on their website....many times they would just say "*** ** *** * ***" Meanwhile the chat session would time-out. Even today, ** June, they tracking number has no updates and just says "*** ***."

You did not ship the itemI doubt there ever was an item.You lied to me for weeks.

product was not returned in day period, after days its warranty exchange
