[Your Answer Here]But that is where you are mistaken....you did charge me for it.  Me, Paypal and NAVTOOl where the only parties involved in this transaction and I've submitted documented proof that I was charged.  So you can not say I did not pay for the item.  You are avoiding your responsibilities as a business to take care of your customers.  You are just delaying this process.  I will be contacting the department of Consumer affairs and reporting this claim.

That answer is nothing,...

but a big lie. Firs: there was the international shipping option on the website (i've attached a screenshot with this), second: I did'nt recieve any refund from that company and I can prove with documwnts from my bank, third: their support team always says about new reason why they could'nt send my order to me and promises like "shipping that week", "will ship today" and etc. for about 4 months already.

our site clearly states during order process how long each prodcut takes to be processes it says 8-11 business days  ordered on the [redacted] july [redacted] is the [redacted] day

no installer information to be provided as my husband was planning on installing this item himself as it was described as being "plug and play".  Regardless, this item was not installed - it was received and my husband, an experienced mechanic ,determined that it was not an item that would easily be installed in the vehicle without additional wiring.  Given what I stated above, I do not need to provide a reason for wanting to return this item - I am not satisfied with this item and want to return it for a full refund pursuant to the merchant's return policy as stated on their website.

The way to quickly resolve this complaint has been clear to all parties from the very beginning: send the correct wiring harness, and I will release the credit hold.I have supplied more than enough evidence to substantiate my complaint to the Revdex.com, and they are already very familiar with this person's business practices, yet nothing has been accomplished. This whole process has been nothing but a farce. I will not waste any more time responding to  continual lies and ** from this "merchant".

If I had received any of these three harnesses by now, we wouldn't be going through this process. Let him show us the tracking for these three separate harnesses that he claims to have shipped.I have a 2007 G35 Infinity, so I ordered the item listed as being for a 2007 G35 Infinity. He claims that I received the correct module, so let him ACTUALLY send me the proper harness and I will authorize the credit transaction to go through.
