its not about fault, its about that we never charged you for the order

Navtool website says that every device is backed with a one year warranty, not only that but I did buy the extended two years warranty. The device was installed by a ABC Automotive & Electronics, located at [redacted]. The installer talked to Navtool support while installing it. Anyway,This is the tracking number for the device I sent by mail: [redacted] Navtool received it two months ago. After I emailed them three times this week only, today they responded to me with a single word             ' shipped' with out a tracking number.

customer refused to pay custom taxes in his countrywe had lost over $120 shipping merchandisewe had issued full refund

This company is no longer part of Revdex.com because they didn't pay Revdex.com dues. We will not be able to help you.

customer was offered to cancel order due to back-order customer refused to cancel order or wait. we sell gadgets, nothing that anyone cant leave without. this claim has no basis.

We have offered customer to return new model and exchange for previous version, customer refuses to return product. We can't help if product isn't returned to us for exchange

 I have heard no response from the company other than them responding to you that “I check will be mailed to your house for refund” on 2-**-17. This is the same company that has been telling me that they have shipped the product to me for 9 months now, so I can’t say as I believe this statement without actually receiving the check. I don’t want other consumers to be victimized by this company and would prefer that the case be left open till actually resolved.

 Waiting for CC refund , last message was pending still waiting . If refunded I will reply back to Revdex.com and state status in 1week. Website still states plug and play on the pageNavTool NAVTOOL3.0-HDMI+ HAGRY are 100% plug and play - no wire cutting required. NavTool plug and play installation harnesses are made using only O.E.M. factory connectors.(Accessory, Ground, Reverse, Parking Brake wires may still need to be connected)

please provide professional federally approved MECP certified installer id who have identified that its not plug and play

please provide proof of payment. only legal scans of banks statements are accepted

we are not able to ship to Russia at this time, and we refunded the customer
