please provide statement where you received charge

we cannot send the product because we don't have funds, your credit card company took it away

customer placed to location we cannot ship to, we refunded the customer in full

check mailed and cleared by bank

RMA was never completed by customer in time allotted

customer was offered refund on multiple occasions customers is not accepting the refund insisting on receiving product.

I did not damage the item. The item did not work as advertised when I I received it. Since NAVTOOL refuses to honor my return, I will be making this a legal matter.

This product is only intended for use on USA vehicles, customer is located in Canada, vehicles outside of USA are different

customer installed the interface wrong, where a $120 charge is applicable for repair we replaced it free

 The statement made by the business, Navtool, is in correct.I was told initially that the processing time is 2 business days then upon repeated emails to them and online chats, they said it takes 5-7 business days. In addition, everytime I called them, the customer service rep. would say that the order is being shipped the same day which never happened. In fact, on June [redacted], I received and email saying the ordered has shipped already which of course was not correct. By the way, and only after I placed my complaint with the Revdex.com, I received few an email few minutes ago indicating that the ordered has just shipped.I don't want to pursue this complaint further given that they shipped my order but my experience with them was horrible to say the least and I regret ordering from them

documents and call records and dates every time I called. The gentleman that answer the phone has the same voice and he always changed his name. I have emails were he said that he's refunding the money to my [redacted] account and were they said that they sent a check.

Order was never shipped.  If it was PROVE IT, because the tracking you provided was bunk.  [redacted] has already refunded me my funds and is pursuing your business anyways so this is sorta moot point, but I will continue this complaint through Revdex.com--so other customers aren't affected like me.

resolved because:

This is not true.  To date there has been no communication from NavTool other than their confirmation of charges to my AMEX.  I have sent them 3 requests for updates and no reply.  Most recent request was for refund and they have not responded.   I would like a refund of my $225 charged on June [redacted], 2016 with reference number [redacted].
